Poor Image: Western Animation.My Little Pony And Friends

Yeah, not really digging the current image, as not only is it very bland looking, but it's not reflecting the right generation for the show (it uses artwork from the short-lived G2, even though the show is G1).

I think it would be a little better if the top and bottom banners were cropped off.

With the bottom cropped only, the top isn't bothering me.

Better than the current pending other ideas. One problem I do have is that the poster reflects My Little Pony TV Specials (which doesn't have a picture yet, btw) more than the cartoon itself, but it's hard to find a good poster for the cartoon. The only posters I found are for individual episodes.

7.1 looks solid, for showing the name of the series and not just the franchise name itself.

Just as an experiment, here's the above image but with (supposed to be) a transparent background.

Yeah, not a fan of that one. Generally speaking, transparency is preferred for things like logos, not for posters of works.
