Just a Face and a Caption: Wise Beyond Their Years

It's a kid with a book. That's it. Like unless this trope considers kids being able to read counting as being wise for their age, it's just a poor image with no context. Like something like Hiiragi from Hanamaru Kindergarten would be a good substitute.

Suggestion better illustrates Child Prodigy in addition to

Keep current. His outfit suggests he's a Buddhist monk, which screams "wise" to me.

I'm not sure the suggestion even illustrates Child Prodigy, it's not clear the dialogue is coming from the kid as opposed to the character with their back to us.

Alright, maybe my suggestion is bad. I was tired. But I still maintain the current image is a poor illustration of the trope.

I don't like the current either even if it's a monk. But the suggestion isn't better.

Pointing out that the current is monklike is an argument for it not being JAFAAC. Monks are stereotyped to be wiser and more enlightened than the average person; a child monk is therefore wiser and more enlightened than his peers.
