Listing which characters have fanart for images would be helpful.

On the Bolton page alone, Roose and Domeric are definitely fanart. I cannot find the source of Ramsay's.

If they are fanarts, pull them. Unless ask the artists for permission.

Even if permission was granted, shouldn't they still be pulled for being not officially-endorsed art?

The character pictures here seem to be fanart and thus should be removed or replaced with official art. There are also probably several other pieces of ASOIAF fanart on ASOIAF character pages that should to be purged as well.
