From the title, I always assume Anime Accent Absence is Not Even Bothering with the Accent but in Japan, except... it isn't. It's about language barriers not existing when they logically should, which overlaps with Eternal English. Do you think it's redundant?

I've re-read the description a few times but I see no difference between Anime Accent Absence and Not Even Bothering with the Accent. If it gets TRS I would suggest merging Anime Accent Absence or retooling into Translation Convention subtrope as it brings up accents as an indication of that effect. Language Barrier has a passing mention, but I don't see it being relevant.

I don't see how Eternal English is even related.

Wings of Fire has an Eternal English example about how everyone in the world seems to speak the same language... is that misuse? Because all the examples on the trope page are about time.

Eternal English is about time, or specifically, how the setting's language doesn't evolve or is modified over a historical amount of time, so I see no issue with Wings of Fire example. Anime Accent Absence and Not Even Bothering with the Accent are about foreigners speaking in work's language fluently and inexplicably without pronunciation issues.

The description of Not Even Bothering with the Accent seems to focus on more the individual actors, while Anime Accent Absence reads like a Trope in Aggregate, but that's a pretty flimsy distinction. I'll add it to Tropes Needing TRS.
