Brief spoilers again. Seems like one of the Marine ships is destroyed at the end by a currently unknown third party. Theories range from Revolutionary Army, Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and even the Blackbeard pirate that was hinted at earlier.
There's a weird wording there about the "They have infiltrated already". It makes it sound like the World Government was expecting their involvement.
The phrase that caught my attention was Saturn telling Vegapunk he should have kept his greed in check. Context is blaming Vegapunk for the death of the workers he tried Ryu evacuate but given the whole thing with York the Greedy it hit me different.
So Vegapunk's greed is just him being concerned of everything and wanting to protect everyone he can, but when it's separated into its own entity, it turns into a selfish and avaricious creature? I could see that.
I will admit that I forgot the part of the buster call that consist in razing the island and burning it to the ground, so yeah, it's different to expect the Strawhats to fight that, instead of them entering horde mode and fightting 1,000s of marines.
My first thought is that some of the Blackbeard pirates are approching, and they are the ones who destroed the marines's ship, but I also don't see them rescuing people; so, if it indeed is them, I'm expecting the revelation that they also sank the Egghead ship.

They might not be interested in rescuing people but I think the Blackbeard crew would want to interrogate the Egghead scientists for any info and technology they would have.
Spoilers have been released. Luffy is back in the fight, punching Kizaru again. Vegapunk hacked Pacifistas giving authority to Bonney. Saturn attacks him. Dorry and Broggy were the ones who attacked the marine ship.

Secret SignatureProbably because there is a fruit that increases your size that San Juan Wolf currently has I believe.
And none of the popular predictions were correct in the end.
Well I guess Shanks was kinda close since he was with the giants when we last saw him.
The shrinking fruit was used in some filler. It'd be interesting to see it in canon, I guess.
In hindsight Elbaf giants were a more obvious option, given that it's actually pretty close to Egghead.

Wake me up at your own risk.ItΒ΄s been used twice if i remember correctly. Once in an anime filler and before that in a videogame (from the early 2000s o believe), where it was eaten by a giant from Dorry and Broggys crew, who used it to pass as human. Would be interesting if that giant would be made canon.

TCB Scans are out
Okay, Kizaru ain't going to be allowed to switch sides without Death Equals Redemption at this point. He was going to cut Kuma and Bonney in half if Luffy didn't save them.
I like how the payoff hierarchy of command issue pays right into Saturn's arrogance. I bet it never occurred to him for even a moment that anyone on Egghead would have greater authority than him, and then he goes and gets Zeroth Lawed.
Hmm... Oda really could've used another break this week. Still awesome chapter story-wise.

Turns out, the ship that was approaching Egghead was Dorry and Broggy's, and they are coming to pick up their sun god/friend Luffy and his crew.
Makes perfect sense when you think about it - they worship the sun, after all.
Great chapter. Great revelations, great heartwarming moments, and Saturn is a dunce for not having figured it out. But where are the Blackbeards?
Appropiately, I had finished rereading Little Garden just yesterday.
Dorry and Broggy only had 100 million bounties before, let's pump those rookie numbers back up!!
Please remember that criticism of the moderation is unwelcome and should not be done in view of others.I wonder how much 100 million 100 years ago would be in present day Berries.
Back in 2000 when the number was first given, Japanese Yen - the currency on which Berry is roughly based - was worth about one hundredth of a dollar. A century before that, a Yen was worth as much as one third of a dollar. Based on this intel, adjusted to inflation, Dorry and Broggy's bounty in the present day would be a good three billion plus! Which'd be pretty accurate from what we've seen and heard of them.
Thank you. Need to remember to bring that up when we're on the official thread this weekend.
For now two questions come to mind with the reveal:
- Is S-Bear included in Vegapunk's putting Bonney in charge?
- Were there any instances in early Egghead where a Pacifista obeyed Bonney? I'm not recalling too much interaction there offhand.
Also it's a good thing York never got to tell Saturn about the override (she presumably would have known if Atlas did)
I think the only time Bonney interacted with a Pacifista was when she stopped Luffy from attacking one. Back then she didn't issue it any orders.
So did I read that right that Luffy turned the whole island into rubber? That would certainly be one way of dealing with the buster call.
You lost!Spoilers released.
Apparently the Blackbeard pirates were on the island and they were mainly there to gather intel. I think they get off with touching saturn and maybe taking caribou with them.
Luffy decks Saturn showing Bonney how to really do it.
Sanji blocks Kizaru.
The current theory I have is that it was one of the blackbeard pirates who gave luffy food (probably for whatever agenda they have in store).

Vegapunk's inventions are stated to be Awesome, but Impractical, though, since they probably need some kind of specialized equipment to make them, or something.
