Project Thread Community Issues

I like the index idea. It would not only help keep track of what cleanups we have, it would maybe bring some activity into not only Long-Term cleanups, but also Short-Term cleanups (assuming we group them together) which historically have suffered from lack of activity and (I suspect) people not even knowing they exist. The index idea might actually work for all of those. to that.

Awesome, so we can start a sandbox and organize it by short term / long term as well as tropes and works.

Bumping to note that I have started the sandbox: Pages With Cleanup Projects.

I'm debating with myself over whether to limit this to just works and tropes, or to put in some type of reference to the more "general" cleanup threads (complaining, gushing, first-person writing, etc.) What does everyone else think?

Then it'd basically just list the entirety of the forums. I think this should be for the purpose of indexing.

(Then again, the search function on the fora is so ass that it could help to list them all in some concrete way.)

I think we should just keep it limited to tropes and work pages for now. Eventually we'll find a solution for the other point you brought up about the search function, but for the purposes of this index the former might be a better option.

Well, technically it isn't dead per se, we just need some more help with the Sandbox.

Perhaps a mod could later look at it and decide if it's worth having. Or maybe we need TLP, I don't know.

I don't see any issues with the sandbox? But it should probably have invoked markup in case something involves flame bait to not make the icon show up. Unless that's the point. But otherwise, I'll probably add a few short-term projects...

Is there an urgent issue to discuss? Or any actual plans we can implement that aren't on the admin level? If you're gonna bump the convo you need a more specific angle.

I dunno. I am too tired and insomniac to excert much brainpower.

I just don't know if anythin' has happened.
