A Spiritual Successor from the "4kids now adapts the above series" game.

So now the named work is adapted by Disney (Animated Canon, Disney Channel, Pixar, etc). What will they change or censor.

Let's start with...

Jurassic Park

The dinosaurs are sapient in this version, and not just the raptors. It's told from their perspective, with a healthy dose of Humans Are the Real Monsters. Some of the dinosaurs are still dangerous to humans, and the heroic ones frown upon the T-rex trying to, y'know, eat humans. Ultimately, one of the raptors befriends one of the kids, but there's a bittersweet goodbye as the park is abandoned due to concerns about the danger the dinosaurs pose.

The movie would be the same, but lighter in tone, and more colour saturation. Batman would be a lot more quippy when he fights and Joker would act more like Jack Nicholson’s Joker. In the end, he meets Iron Man, who would go on to join the Avengers and leads into a Justice League / Avengers crossover.

‘’Deus Ex’’

I'd add my ideas but I have not played Deus Ex.

The film retains the core plot idea of "a colony on Mars is overrun with zombies", but instead of a single space marine, there's a Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: an Action Girl protagonist, a large, gruff-looking guy who is surprisingly gentle, a geeky scientist-type, and of course a cute little Amusing Alien who serves as their pet. There are many action scenes, but no gore; some of the zombies are defeated in a goofy, cartoonish manner. And there's a Hidden Villain behind the whole zombie attack, and the zombies instantly disappear after said villain is defeated.

  • Morpheus would be the one singing the “I Want” song.
  • Neo would have a much more Disney prince look to him.
  • Agent Smith would do multiple celebrity impressions, a la the Genie from Aladdin.

That’s all I’ve got so far.

Metal Gear Solid (any of the games; pick one).

You have just enough energy to climb this hill, but not enough energy to go on or look for someplace else to camp.
