The only one who comes to mind post-Myth is Sana.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets.BY "JP or EN agency", do you mean where the agency originates from, or just the branch (so in Hololive's case for example, you don't include ID)?
Asking because I recall Holo ID Gen 2 is also post-Myth, and I also recall some time ago I randomly happens to saw a talk in the comment section of a clip in Youtube, about how people are having much difficulties trying to find if Anya has any previous life, so Anya probably has no prior experience either.
Heck, I think Holo ID as a whole, interestingly enough, seems to be mostly made of people who have no prior experience with entertainment or vtubing industry. From all 9 girls, I think only Moona and Ollie actually have some knowledge prior to entering Hololive, since they actually mentioned about it. Moona having entertainment industry experience, and Ollie being already a massive fan of various vtubers before she got into Hololive.

If Anya has any past experience being a streamer, she was apparently obscure enough to slip under everyone's radar.

Burning love!I-Is he eating a banana with a fork in the thumbnail?
Help me. I can't get it out of my head.I'm pretty sure no major JP or EN agency has – at least not since late 2020 – hired anyone who wasn't already a VTuber beforehand.
... Magni Dezmond, Kaela Kovalskia, Juufuutei Raden, to name just a few in hololive. Heck, a fair number of corpo hires after 2022 are flesh streamers.

"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainIt would seem the key perpetrator behind the harassment campaign that led to Axia Krone graduating has finally surrendered himself to ANYCOLOR.
It's sadly too late for Axia, but at least this concludes the part where ANYCOLOR could not properly defend him back in 2022.
"They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom PainSame George be streaming MH:Rise right now.
Burning love!
So dystopian sounding
He didn’t surrender to the cops he surrendered to the corpo

I'm A Pervert not an Asshole! Not sure how many ups at this point, but I singled out JP/EN precisely because there's a lot more newcomers in the ID space (Anya, Kobo, Kaela for sure), but there are still a couple of prior V Tubers (Zeta, Reine, Ollie). I did overlook Sana and Magni, tbf; that said, Raden definitely has, at minimum, some connections to the VTuber space since she knows a good few small indies IRL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYrIxNI1xdg
Both more and less definitively, the rumour has it that she used to go by Tsuguhara Raika but wiped her prior activities before joining Holo.

It would seem the key perpetrator behind the harassment campaign that led to Axia Krone graduating has finally surrendered himself to ANYCOLOR.
It almost sounds like a Niji W when summarized, but in the full article it's apparent that it was his own guilt that led to surrendering himself, not anything Anycolor did
Moreover, Axia didn't just leave because of one individual troll, surely? My recollection is he was sick of being 'babied' all the time by his viewers.
Maid Mint playing modded Lethal company with Isla Coleman, Naki Kamizuki, and Hiiragi Emuri. Interesting mix of people :o
Boomba is now talking about the difference between vore and consuming. I have missed these sorts of cursed talks with the shark.
Hitokiri in the streets, daishouri in the sheets.Still as quick witted as ever Mint don’t need belief unlike those weak ass fairies!
I'm A Pervert not an Asshole! For a bit of context, that was a members post, and only supposed to be seen by people who are already giving her money. And having a moment in a 3D debut where the audience is supposed to throw superchats isn't entirely uncommon. The debut itself is pre-recorded, so it's not likely she's suddenly deciding she needs money. The real problems here are that Millie is clearly aware her income is likely to be much less than planned... and that she thought this post wouldn't make it out into the wild
Apologies if this was posted but I overlooked it; Cover is now officially going to be selling merch at in-person stores on the US West Coast: https://twitter.com/hololive_En/status/1781125567338672582
I’m a lucky little boi
Pantheon server for all who click here. Freaking lost $410 and I am hunting down for a nuke to reign down.Should I be feeling sorry for this Millie person?
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I think that depends on how much weight you're willing to give to the belief that she's part of the crew that was harassing/bullying Selen prior to her termination. That tweet she sent to Selen right after LCoC got privated didn't help her case, and she's been seen as a suckup to Niji based on some of her past statements IIRC, but I don't think she's currently regarded with the same venom as Vox, Luca and Elira, and the fact that Matara Kan is still apparently on good terms with her IRL, at least to me, is a positive.

Then I guess I feel a little bad for her.
Never trust anyone who uses "degenerate" as an insult.I see Sayu is still siding with Depressed Nousagi: https://twitter.com/sayusyn/status/1781153455354356185
Thereby making her condemnation of doxxing more than a smidge hypocritical in light of that: https://twitter.com/sayusyn/status/1781089744505704805

On another topic... any idea what's up with Pekora's latest streams? First there's her stream of that game Bunny Garden (which she's doing again right now, and no, the name isn't that innocent at a glance), and she earlier today did one for the Dead or Alive spin-off game.
"Kid's Channel", peko says.

"I know we'll make it cause somehow, the universe is fun now!" ~Sana
I'll grant that it's not the focus of the article but she makes her position and standpoint clear quite early on, and I think that does inform how she writes.
EDIT: WRT V Shojo, I guess there's a definitional question here because they definitely have debuted two people into the agency with no prior V Tubing experience, namely Hime and Froot. I'm pretty sure no major JP or EN agency has – at least not since late 2020 – hired anyone who wasn't already a VTuber beforehand.
