I've discovered
that the presence of the word 'name' seems to be triggering the bug, but only if it appears in a certain area of the draft.

There doesn't seem to be a trigger in mine. It always happens. Also brought up in the above comment.

Discovered some different triggers in another draft; I've detailed them over here.
