I don't like visual pun/literal images for tropes that can be illustrated, so I'd like to suggest the image that's currently on The Doctor Takes a Wife for this page — it clearly shows the Savvy Guy, Energetic Girl contrast and hints at the farce/slapstick/romance that are characteristic of the genre.
Replacement suggestion for that page
