You're thinking too literally; there's at least one
example on the page that's perfectly SFW although I'm not sure that it'd make a good pic (a crop of the dialogue in the last section with the characters is what I was thinking).

Never judge a trope by its title. Read the description. A lot of misuse of tropes come from only reading the title of the trope and assuming that anything that fits the title fits the trope. Understanding the trope pages we try to improve in this section of the forums is a requirement to actually improve them.
I'm kinda meh about the image. It could work, but it's not something I'd bet on. My vote is probably "if nothing else..."
