Eternal Sexual Freedom is a concept that can only reasonably be applied to fiction. Any Real Life examples are stretching the definition of the trope, since it is specifically about differences between sexual mores in period fiction and the actual mores of those times and places.
Any discussion of the different mores in various cultures and time periods would be something for the Analysis subpage or a Useful Notes article.

To add examples of places where, for example, homosexuality was acepted like precolonization america or grece, or places like india where kamasutra was invented. Or maybe link an useful notes page about it? Because while homosexuality was acepted in grece women where treated badly, and nowadays india isn't as sex positive as it was before.
