Visuals are pretty weak, but this is mostly a text/dialogue trope and OP's not texty enough that I'd put it into "page quote" territory. It helps that the one asking is shorter than the others, which makes me think they're younger.
Make text from comic the page quote. Current quote sucks, image does nothing for me.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.

The problem with the current quote is that half of it is action scripting and it's generally not very elegant or natural to read.
