I think an image might need dialogue to make it explicit... she could be accusing him of anything as revenge in the second image to someone unfamiliar with the story.
OP works knowing that rape is the topic at hand.
Not great, but it works.
Check out my fanfiction!Suggestion is definitely better than nothing.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes. The OP is better than nothing.

OP is seriously DNI in a HORRIBLE way because nothing shows WHAT she's accusing him of or yelling about.
DNI? Does not illustrate?

I unsuccessfully suggested this for something before, but some panel arrangement of it might come in handy for this trope.

Works well with the length of the article.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The horizontal version is legible to me, so I lean toward that arrangement.
Horizontal is fine.
I actually prefer the vertical arrangement, but it's a toss-up.
Crowner? We're pretty settled on an image, so it seems a shame to let this clock out.
Yeah, let's go ahead and crowner this.
Votes bump; two in the green.
Time to call this one. The new pic's up and tagged; caption?
The image should be potholed to Biblenauts. Perhaps use Book of Genesis as part of the caption instead?

Nominations for replacement images:
Thought I'd start a separate thread for this one to brainstorm. It's a difficult trope to find an image for, partly because of the subject matter, but I don't think impossible.
In particular, I think the story of Potiphar's Wife from The Bible would be a pretty good illustration. There have been a lot of old artworks or prints that depict her trying to seduce Joseph, but one where she falsely accuses him is harder to come by. The closest I could find are these two cartoons:
