Yeah, that's essentially JACAAC. I don't think this is a BUPKIS case, but if we can't find a better pic then I'm good to pull the current.
That car doesn't look so bad at all. Pull.
Even worse, not even the caption shows how it's an example, thus failing to even be JAFAAC.
Tow it.

How about a car made of leather?

Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less. That looks more like a curiosity of some kind.
Check out my fanfiction! As featured on Top Gear, the Reliant Robin◊ in its natural state. (Yes, it only has three wheels.)
for the tumbled-over Robin.
I support pulling it.
The Ford Pinto may be an example but it's not one that visually screams this trope, I also don't like the other images suggested and think a picture of an old junker would be better
We need something that's clearly such a piece of shit you can just hear the horrible noises it would make in your head looking at at

I kind of like the absurdity of the hideous demo-derby car in the last one.

None of those are any better. They still fail to illustrate the "functioning poorly in action" aspect of the trope, and the virtue of them being abandoned vehicles can rub the nuances of the trope the wrong way.

The best way to represent poorly functioning in visual form is with a car that's clearly a piece of shit and of a make/model it's likely not a sleeper.
Most people are going to look at an old rust-bucket and assume it also runs like shit because that's the norm.

I like 9 as well.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.Looks like we've got enough suggestions for a crowner.
I kind of rather have suggestions proposed by more that just three of us over the course of less than 48 hours for a crowner.

Clock is set.
Let's pull the current regardless of replacement...
I don't know the copyright / legality issues of using this. But here is the design defect schematic for the Ford Pinto◊
This signature says something else when you aren't looking at it.I like the overturned Robin. It's very to-the-point.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes. The clock's up and the only thing we've got solid consensus for is to pull the current, so it's gone and the page is tagged. Locking up.
Old pic:
All the current image seems to present is that the car shown in it looks aesthetically mediocre.
The Alleged Car trope is supposed to be about cars that behave or function like utter garbage. I fail to see any of this in the image.
