The current pic is completely undemonstrative, but I don’t think this is a BUPKIS case.
There's this image of a sign about who's able to use the toilet.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyThat would be good for Ambiguous Syntax.
Punctuation and syntax aren't the same thing, though.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyThe phrasing suggesting that the toilets are only available to people who are all of Disabled Elderly Pregnant and Children.
It is Ambiguous Syntax, because of the lack of punctuation.
Also, the bottom of the image does have punctuation.
Pull regardless of replacement, but not BUPKIS. While the book's title would make an amusing alternate trope name, the image has nothing to do with what the trope is actually about.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.I don't think I've said it yet, but pull regardless of replacement.
Syntax is word order and organization of sentences. More formally put, syntax is "the way in which words are put together to form phrases or clauses." Punctuation consists of standardized symbols in written communication that make reading easier. I'm not going to champion for my previous suggestion, but I'm going to insist that it's a candidate for this trope and unrelated to Ambiguous Syntax. Also, it's saying the toilets are only available to disabled elderly pregnant children. Fair point about the three exclamation marks.
8.1 is a bit too much of a Wall of Text but idk. 8.2 has a lot of punctuation in it.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they pretty8.2 (first panel) has no punctuation as far as I can see.
With the trope being about the unreadability of the text due to the lack of punctuation, I think that 3 is disqualified, since:
- End of the line after each word acts as punctuation, and makes it clear(er) as to what the message is.
- Signs as a medium rarely use punctuation anyway.
Maybe some telegram would make a good example?
So far, I'm voting pull regardless of a replacement.

Spiral out, keep going.Pull regardless.
(Annoyed grunt)^^ Telegraph examples would go under Telegraph Gag STOP.
Also, the line breaks wouldn't disqualify it. Line breaks are not punctuation but layout organization.

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyThe point wasn't that it has punctuation, but that the sign is coherent despite its absence.

Spiral out, keep going.I don't think 3 is better than the pic that's currently on Ambiguous Syntax, and I agree with the issues raised about 8.1 and 8.2.
What would you suggest, then?
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Clock is set. Voting to pull the current regardless of replacement.
The clock's up and the only thing we've got any consensus on is that the current's not an example, so it's pulled and the page is tagged. Locking up.
Former pic:
The page image doesn't demonstrate the trope at all: punctuation being missing when it should normally be there. On a book cover, it's perfectly normal to have no punctuation.
BUPKIS?
