I'm not entirely sure what the trope is supposed to be but based on the image I'd say it's about a segment where someone is talking with the audience. That's what he seems to do. I have no idea who it is, though.

That's exactly what it is, but I'm afraid that any depiction of this outside of a comic book or webcomic is going to end up being JAFAAC.

If the trops is what I thought it was based on the image, I think the image is doing a good enough job to not be pulled without replacement. It's not JAFAAC, because it shows a specific scene. He's clearly talking, and he's talking to the camera, which most likely means to the audience.
