I came across it, and it just seemed, very Chairs... A couple has their honeymoon and end up with kids.

Laconic: "A couple unexpectedly conceive a baby either shortly before or shortly after the wedding."

There might be a trope where honeymoon kids are special... But, that's not really a clear connection...

PlayingWith.Wedding Enhanced Fertility also has things like the following, which vary the timing in such a way that it makes it seem like the trope is just Marriage = Babies...

  • Exaggerated: Alice becomes pregnant as soon as she accepts Bob's marriage proposal.
  • Downplayed: Alice gets pregnant a half a year after their wedding.

I don't think this is particularly problematic, the example section discusses several uses. I'll decline given the backlog.
