Interest but could you please elaborate more on the setting? When is this set?
"You're an enemy of art and I pity your ignorance" - Domingo Montoya Help save the rainforest for free simply by going to Ecosia.org.Damn dawg KNIGHTCORE died a painful and unexpected death of Sudden School and imo maybe also springing socialization on the players. I'd be down for this game.
Also you sneaked a mech RP under the radar, god damn.

Sounds interesting, not too used to RP, but I'll give it a try. PS: Dibs on Gawain.

Wake me up at your own risk.I'd give it a try. Dibs on Mordred.
Wooze looks at Glass with a 'please take her away' lookCan't wait to see what everyone comes up with. Also I added some things to the initial post, but feel free to ask any questions you need to, or PM me if needed.
Be better, because what is the harm in trying?By the way, how crazy can we go with the weaponry?
Wake me up at your own risk. The concept is interesting enough to consider. Can't say I'll be fielding a sheet with 100% certainty, but I'm observing this one.
How do lizards fly?- Name: Kyle Helios
- Age: 18
- Ancestor: Sir Gawain
- Weapon: Golden Spear with a sun motif.
- Knight: His machine, Firewall, is pure white with several golden Sun decorations on chest, arms and legs, and a green cape on its back. Among its weapons there are shoulder-mounted missiles, a cannon on the chest, shoots disks from its arms, laser blades on the legs and particularly a bright golden spear, with the power to catch fire, and gains more power when the sun shines brightly, it becomes more powerful.
- Worth: His courage and nerves of steel, during dangerous situations, he can keep it together and act to help other people.
- Background: He was just another small town boy, his father being an architect and his brother a police officer. During a big part of his life, he just thought of playing football (soccer), playing the bass, causing some trouble and wondering on what to do with his life, even planning on hitting the city and getting a degree. With the madness surrounding the attack, he resolved that before thinking about his future, he'd fight so everyone can have a future. Bring it on, alien bastards.
- Appearance: 1.78 m tall, lean, light skinned, long blond hair, brown eyes. Normally wears hoodies and jeans.
- Knightly Appearance: A green cloak, white armor with emerald decorations.

Wake me up at your own risk.- Name: Derek Beynder
- Age: 26
- Ancestor: Sir Safir
- Weapon: A plain but well-formed Saracen cavalry bow.
- Knight: Safir's machine form is variable. The main body and default form is in the shape of an enormous wedge of overlapping kite-shaped plates, about 10 feet tall and 15 feet long, sharpened to a lethal edge at the front with a flat bottom. It has four clawed feet with thin joints but thick and rounded segments, extending from the bottom to raise its total height to 15 feet, and aside from the cattle catcher at the front the only weapons available to it in this form are huge spears that launch from parts briefly made in the plates. However, Safir can also transform, standing on its back legs and rearranging its front claws into hands. The underside of the machine becomes the main body, a blocky torso with segmented paneled armor and a large cape made of the armored plates and a pointed visor for a helmet that swings down into a head (that can still slice a fool if needed). A large portion of the cape and/or back's armor plating parts from the body and floats over to sit at Safir's arms as a collection of weapons, typically either blades or shields depending on the situations. The spear launchers are still available, but have significantly more limited application without returning to quadrupedal mode, really only capable of vertical launch. The plates of the armor across the whole machine are painted a soft pink, with teal highlights on all the seams and edges.
- Worth: Responsibility. Derek never believes someone else will solve a problem or that something is someone else's business.
- Background: Derek was born in New Jersey to a pair of parents who may have not been fully ready for him. They struggled to get by, and Derek, seeing this, tried to get them a better life through rigorous study. While his parents slaved to keep the family fed, Beynder busted his ass at academic, pursuing the best colleges and the hardest classes to find out what he was good at and perfect it. It turned out that he was really good at understanding computers though, and Beynder got to go to Ohio State University on a 100% free merit scholarship. This was where shit maybe hit the fan a bit. Taken care of pretty well by his scholarship, Derek finally had time to take in the world around him. He saw computers and technology all around him, he knew he could use them, and he knew other people could too. He got his undergrad in Informational Technology before pursuing a Master's in Infrastructural Engineering, and left to study England's widespread surveillance system abroad as part of his Master's thesis. The trip was going pretty well, even, right up till this shit happened.
- Appearance: Beynder is always trying to look nice.◊ He's of average height at around 5'6, but he's also pretty distinctly fat too, no hiding that behind "chubby" or "thick."
- Knightly Appearance: As Sir Safir, Beynder takes on face-hiding Saracen cavalry armor.◊ He slims down, but not by much, though his physical capabilities are way above what would be expected of that physique.

Hi.
- Name: Viscount Colton Gatwick
- Age: 17
- Ancestor: Sir Kay
- Weapon: A flanged flail wreathed in otherwordly flames.
- Knight: Decidely unknightly.◊ This horrific mockery of a mecha stems mostly from the legend of Sir Kay himself - a boorish brute with an acidic tongue - and is further supported by Gatwick's distaste of "chivalry" as shiny, pure and plain. Eschewing classical weaponry, Kay comes equipped with all sorts of firearms: a mortar, a monstrous shotgun, shoulder-mounted minigun and an AA gun. The shotgun and the mortar can retract into ordinary limbs, though Kay lacks an actual melee weapon to his name; rather he just grabs the nearest convenient object to use as a bludgeon. To that end, despite its relatively small frame, he boasts incredible strength, being able to leap huge distances and lift huge weights.
- Worth: Honesty. Colton will always speak his mind and spites trickery and deceit.
- Background: The elder child of the late Earl Gatwick, Colton was never fit to be a noble. Despite everyone's best efforts, he was a rebellious son who would much rather wander through the woods of the county - on foot or via a bike - and hang out with "ordinary" people. He's a straightforward young man, disinterested in politics, etiquette, banquets, all of that. His father eventually realized that he won't tame this beast after all and, together with Colton, agreed that his daughter - Currently a 14-year-old Jane - would be a better fit once she's of age.
- Then however his father died in a car accident and his brother's wife - an imperious social climber - entered Colton's life instead. Obsessed with status, she easily influenced her husband - a well-meaning, but overall weak-willed man - to impose strict regimen upon the young viscount, much to his chagrin. The name of Gatwick had to be protected from boors, scandals and other such things until Colton was of age... where he would be pressed into signing the holdings off to his uncle (and his wife). The existence of Jane was unaccounted for, of course, much to Colton's own anger.
- And then aliens attacked and he was given an opportunity to shape the name of Gatwick his way and ensure his sister's well-being in the future. All it would take was a bunch of cracked alien skulls.
- Appearance: Aunt made him wear this stupid frock. He stands at 1.82 meters of height, though his babyface makes him look younger than he is. Preferred clothing style: casual.
- Knightly Appearance: More his speed.◊ Pictured is the Weapon.
- Name: Hahn 'Hans' Sapkowski
- Age: 21
- Ancestor: Bercilak de Hautdesert
- Weapon: A large pole-ax. Hahn has usually used it as a stand to lean against it while he naps.
- Knight: BREDBEDDLE: Bredbeddle is a true knight, through and through. He stands head an shoulders above his compatriots. The mech looks like a knight in full, plate armor with a greenish tint and an emerald cape. Its helemt is rounded and gaurded by its collar. It wears massive gauntlets and, with its massive poleaxe, is able to go blow for blow with the most horrific of beasts-for what is a knight if not a rock to break the waves?
- Worth: Loyalty and Chastity: Despite his inability to stay awake, Hans is the kind of man who would throw himself to the wolves to defend his friends. He never runs and he never retreats unless he is the last on the field.
- Personality: Hahn is narcoleptic, sarcastic and honestly a bit out of it. He's a bit of an emotional downer, wracked by guilt and a bit of self-pity due to the fact he slept through the apocalypse. Luckily, he doesn't sleep as a knight, but since he tends to sway in and out of conciousness, any talks with him are...interesting.
- Background: Hahn Sapkowski grew up in Kutno, Poland before he and his parents went to England for a vacation, only for his narcolepsy to kick in, leading Hahn to sleep through the appearance of the kaiju, which killed his family, yet left him alive through sheer luck. Now, alone, lost and with subpar english, Hahn, or Hans as he came to be known stumbled upon a strange castle.
- Appearance: Hahn is a man with straw colored hair. He's pale, with a hooked nose and green eyes along with being lanky. He's got heavy bags under his eyes from trying to stay awake and he seems somewhat aged from his life on the road. The hair on the sides of his head is shorter, though no less matted, than the ones on top. He often wears a leather jacket and a Rogatywka given to him by his dziadek
- Knightly Appearance: While not the true form of his ancestor, the armor is thicker than it looks.◊

Good to be back- Name: Jennifer Conners
- Age: 19
- Ancestor: Queen Guinevere
- Weapon: A royal sceptre
- Knight: The Angel◊
- The Angel is the foremost scouting and recon Knight unit. Swift in land and swifter in the air, the Angel darts in and out of combat, almost untouchable.
- The Angel's primary weapon is a bow that shoots arrows of pure energy at long distances. The arrows can pierce most armor no problem, and the Angel can either "charge" the arrow to give it more power or "spray" multiple weaker arrows over an area.
- For emergencies, the Angel has a beam rapier and small buckler
- The wings emit a jamming signal that affect radar and the like, and the Angel's body is coated with magic that can turn it invisible for up to five minutes before needing to recharge for an hour.
- Worth: Hope and Devotion. No matter the odds, Jennifer is always optimistic and believes that it can be overcome. She never gives up and always looks for a solution. Jennifer is also fiercely caring and loyal to those who she becomes close to.
- Background: A starving College Student forced to go on vacation to the country. Jennifer Conners, or Jen, is an orphan girl whose parents died shortly after her youngest brother was born. The eldest of five, Jen and her siblings were raised by their strict but loving grandmother. Hardworking and diligent, Jen didn't want to be a burden and soon studied Nursing whilst juggling three part time kobs in London. Last year, she finally made enough to move out of her gran's house and fend for herself, all whilst still sending money to her siblings. Her siblings, worried by her borderline maniacal workaholism, all but dragged her into the country to take a break earlier in the month. And then this happened. Because of course.
- Appearance: She got an extra shift.◊
- Knightly Appearance: Not a damsel in distress◊
- Notes: Always loved Arthurian literature. Also, has sworn off romance entirely. She's always had a nagging feeling it won't end well....
interested, reserving Percival

And with your character we will have the full six for the game. Fun times ahead.
Be better, because what is the harm in trying? So, Hahn's accepted?
Good to be backAll characters currently posted have been accepted. I can't wait to work with you guys once the final one has been posted.
Be better, because what is the harm in trying?Sven should take the sword. Ironic that the most obvious weapon wasn't taken, but then again, Excalibur would overshadow every other sword around.
Wake me up at your own risk. What's technology like? Sure it's modern day, but Kaiju and giant robots give leeway to other things.
The Kaiju and giant mecha are things that have just appeared, with the mecha being created by the weapons sent to the characters by their ancestors rather then normal tech.
Be better, because what is the harm in trying?Name: Matthew "Matt" Kingsleigh
Age: 16
Ancestor: Sir Percival
Weapon: Shortsword
Knight: Matt's knight- Hunter- is built for maneuverability, and is not as heavily armored as its compatriots. On the other hand, it's capable of scaling buildings quickly, and can jump high in the sky with the aid of built-in thrusters in its legs. Hunter's primary weapons are a pair of beam machetes, and a plasma shotgun. In a pinch, The mech is armed with a combat knife stored in its right leg.
Worth: Tenacity. No matter how rough things get, Matt never complains, choosing to power on. Even if he fails, he would rather fail knowing he gave it his all.
Background: Matthew was born and raised in Cornwall until the age of 8, when his family then moved to London. While Matthew did well academically, his real passion was sports- particularly archery and football (not the American version)- and hoped to earn a sports scholarship by graduation. Sadly, his plans were derailed when the Kaiju started attacking....
Appearance: Matt in his school uniform, sans cigarette and glasses◊.
Knightly Appearance: lightly armored for speed and mobility.◊

Howdy ho folks, looks like the show is about to begin. Any further questions or discussion should be done in the discussion page for the game.
Be better, because what is the harm in trying?
Odd things often happen in pairs, or at least that is what it seemed on the faithful day a massive alien ship appeared over England. That day came to be known as Contact Day. Only an hour after its arrival above the world the ship dropped down a massive coffin, containing within a creature that was a mockery of the human form, with all to many limbs and on level with the tallest buildings mankind had ever produced. Traditional weaponry did little to stop it, and with little effort it tore through the countryside, approaching ever closer to civilization.
However the massive beast and alien ship were only one part of the odd occurrences that day, with the second being the appearance of a massive gated castle appearing in the English countryside, shinning in a true radiance that could be seen for miles. From it six swords came out, each containing the spirit of a former Knight of the Round. Each had given their essence toward preserving the future, forgoing their promised Avalon to protect the future from threats that would result in the utter destruction of mankind.
As each decedent claims their weapon they gain two boons, the first being a change to their appearance along with an increase in their physical attributes, and more importantly a link to their Knight, a massive machine powered by the brave soul of their ancestor, given life through their connection. Together with the power of the machines, the fortress of Camelot, the knowledge of the Once and Future King Arthur, and each other they may have enough strength to fight the true enemies of mankind.
Or they may fall, just as Camelot did once before.
Character Sheet
Notes: Arthur is off limits as he is already an NPC. Same for Merlin, he is currently stuck in a tree.
Assorted Info that wouldn't fit well into intro
