I don't like the OP coz I got no clue what's happening without the text.
And the MLP one doesn't really say instant. She clearly had time to bring out the chest, change, and put it back between shots. Nothing indicates how much time it took.
so, was already suggested.
Another suggestion is a collage of the scene from Futurama when Leela change from her Clobberella outfit to normal. (see this
