Is there such a thing? I tried clicking on the button labeled "indexes," but that contains far more than indexes. An index or list of the various index pages would be really handy.

That contains a lot of stuff that isn't an index. "Alas, Poor Villain," for example, is just a death trope, not an index. Even if the Index-Index has all the indexes it also has so much other stuff that it's hard to navigate, especially if all you want is indexes.
