The current's quality isn't very good, so I'd support pulling it outright just for that.
This is another one of those that really needs a parody or lampshade to get the trope across. Barring that, possibly a multi-media collage, or a scene from a Dove chocolate ad captioned "When was the last time you saw one of these ads with a man?"?
