I would like to suggest this image for Age Lift, as I believe it shows a very extreme version of the trope in very clear context. On the left is the original design for Aunt May from the Spider-Man comics, in which she appears as an elderly woman. On the right is Aunt May from Captain America: Civil War played by Marisa Tomei, who most certainly does not look anything like an elderly woman.
