So I guess Lola's thing is that her inflatable pants let her guard in the air and move while guarding?
I have a message from another time...She looks really neat. I think I might have a potential new main once I finally get this game.
"Don't worry, Lucian, we'll make it through this."Oh crap she's precious. I didn't know how I'd react to a clown lady back when people were speculating her, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the result. Her inflatable form somehow reminds me of Kirby of all things (probably because of Blowout Blast but still).
But those Arms. I need those Arms. Before Splatoon 2 came out, I was practicing with the Guardians, and I think I appreciated more than I did at first, so seeing a new shield-type Arm (that seems to reflect blows?) has got me pretty excited.
Okay, in theory I really wouldn't have gone for a clown character, but she makes it work.
Reaction Image RepositoryGlobal Testpunch is back. 8/25 8am to 8/27 2pm (PT)
They didn't say who will be playable and what modes will be available (in Party Match, of course).
If you wanna body some newbs (or more importantly, show them how deep the rabbit hole goes some high level ARMS tech) then now's your chance.
I'm guessing this is what the title screen will look like when ver. 3 is out.
And apparently there's also some sort of ARMS manga in Coro Coro, like the Splatoon one.
Apparently, even bears are all about some ARMS action:
(I'm sure a higher quality video will turn up soon. This is the only halfway decent one I could find.)
"Don't worry, Lucian, we'll make it through this."I love how Ribbon Girl is Panda's main. That's so Panda...
My Twitch. And i'm pretty sure Ice Bear chose Minmin, going by the flip and bow he did. Can't really pin who Griz chose. Probably Spring Man or Master Mummy.
Cute commercial though. Haven't watched the show in months. Maybe I should catch up with it.

Don't know if this has been posted already, but somebody translated a few pages of the ARMS comic.

My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!hell yea
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaI am curious what that makes Twintelle in overall usage.
I'm assuming she's number 4 or 5 overall.
It's not top female characters. It's winning percentage.
It's just coincidentally all female.
My DA account... I draw stuff sometimes!Man, this Testpunch Round 2 is a ton smoother than the first one. 50 consecutive games and no disconnects. Much better than the "sit my Switch in tabletop next to wifi and still get issues" the first one had.
First test punch I remember trying out moslty Ninjara, Minmin and Twintelle, but mostly stuck to Twintelle.
This time I gave Mekanika a whirl. It's like she's a much better heavy than Mummy with her dashes and hovers. Who needs to healguard when you can zip around and punch your foe with an explosive missile???
Had fun, and this game is almost exercise. Damn you, Nintendo, trying to trick people into exercising again! :P
Do you think it works?
Wake me up at your own risk.Well, I had fun, I want the game if I wasn't near perpetually broke, I felt a bit of sweat and my arms ache a slight bit, but not as much as some whiny journalist's. :P
So yes, it might be working.
There are players who use the game as an exercise activity and said that it can result in some pretty good workouts, to the point some of them have made it a part of their regimen (sort of like what some Pokemon GO users did). So I'd say yeah, it works.
Need to keep in mind that it's only your arms getting worked out. I jog in place, or do pushups, or other exercise stuff in between matches in Party Mode.
Push ups between matches? Daymn, your ARMS must be getting swole AF.
It's very nice that female characters can get in on the silly and goofy stuff too. :P
So we have a stretchy goo man, a ballony clown lady and a swole guy who can make himself momentarily even swoler. What's next, somebody turning into a boulder?
