Needs Help: Human Weapon

This image◊ did not get enough consensus in the Image Suggestion thread. Other ideas?

The first option that comes to mind is Chise from Saikano: 1◊, 2◊, 3 (see here if the last is Wikia-bit).

2 is not better than the suggestion in 1. I see an Arm Cannon and sense a Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds character wearing it. Was she brainwashed and trained as a Human Weapon? Who knows.

I assume the weapons are the superpowered mooks on either side of the guy in the center?
