I haven't heard a convincing reason to change it. I vote to keep the current.

Work-related is a strong argument for me, since RL is not our focus. An example like 21 would get my vote in a crowner over any RL example.
What does it matter whether the picture depicts a real life example or not? As long as it's illustrative, it should be good.

All of the suggestions so far place more emphasis on the sexiness of the character, not the design of the dress. The trope is about the dress.
