What are "Specifically About Audience Hatred." and "Subtropes" supposed to be?

I read it as "Specifically for tropes About Audience Hatred". As in, when the trope itself is about audience hatred (The Scrappy, Hate Sink, Broken Base, etc.), rather than that being a reaction to the trope (Chickification, Fake Difficulty, Flat Character, etc.).
"Subtropes" I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it's about subtropes to The Scrappy.

That's not evidence, though. That's cherry picking, from which you assume a causation from a correlation, without considering any other factors, or even the reverse, that tropers adding those tropes to those examples is the same as why someone added the tropes to the index. Furthermore, most of those examples have way more problems, which indicate tropers who should probably be taken aside and instructed on how to write proper examples.
