I mostly trope video games.
I'm unfamiliar with most of these but I still have a good bet:
Specimen 9. Yes, I'm serious: I think he's implied to be a bunch of failed World War II-era experiments mashed together in to a horriffic monster. Then he gets pulled in to Spooky's endless mansion filled with a lot of other horrors. In the original game, he's ironically (since he spends most of it being the special super-powerful specimen that chases after you and can oneshot you) the only specimen you kill unless you count chopping up Specimen 1 instances. So yes, if I'm right on the lore, Specimen 9 has actually had a pretty terrible life.

Hoo boy, going by that criteria... I'd bet Zelda and Felicia at least would have her beat, and with Natalie she can end up seeing her own softcore fanservicey fanart in the Grand Gallery. I don't think any other character in my gallery can "canonically" see their own fanart like that.
