I don't see a problem with it, except it might be oversized.

Definitely oversized, plus the quality's pretty dodgy.

I'm removed the pic because there is not warning and i think that is possible find better. The Kirby pic was 2+ combo and a little unclear (I had to read the example to understand better).

I think that is possible find better with a single pic like this from Detective Conan [1]◊

It just doesn't look like that. At least not until you pointed it out, anyway.

The main page shows only one screenshot, but pointing a gun is pretty drastic whether you intend to fire it or not.

I'm not sure just a threat would count. The trope discounts abduction, which I'd say is worse than a mere threat. It also explicitly says, in bold, that it's about adults physically hurting children. A threat isn't physically hurting them.

If pointing a gun isn't fitting for this trope, does that discredit the main page's image as well?

Not really? JAFAAC would be just a pic of the guy and the girl doing nothing in particular, with a caption saying "this guy would totally hurt this girl". The image proposed, however, actually has them doing something vaguely like the trope (or at least the trope name), and the words in the image are directly from the show and not just an ass-covering put up by a troper. It does a lot more to at least try to illustrate the trope in action, which JAFAACs, by definition, would not do.

Note that I'm not saying it's a great image, because it's not; I think the Pokémon and DBZ images are clearer. But if it were already up and the thread were only voting to pull or not, I'd probably vote Keep Until Better Image Suggested in that instance.

We don't typically present proof subtitles aren't edited in by a troper either. There needs to be a better way to verify that the quotes used in captions are from the source material, if only because not every show has subtitles, and sometimes TV Tropes captions are easier to read than subtitles anyway. Perhaps a link to the context, if that one is featured?

That said, I consider the reliance on the caption only a flaw, not a disqualifier. I also consider the Pokemon one better than the subtitled one, and the subtitled one better than the DBZ one. (First glance at the DBZ one it looked like the injured kid was just climbing onto the guy's knee or something.)

Seriously? Recoome (pardon the spelling if it's wrong, DBZ fans) is very clearly kneeing Gohan. You can even see Gohan's spit fly out from the hit.

18 is still the best because it's the only one showing a child get injured.
