...I just realized that Kitter Catter specifically calls Dr. Livings "that disgusting little man". So does that mean they're actually female?
If that happens, then I guess I'll have to change my headcanon voice.

Does anyone know any fictional characters with Liverpool accents? I imagine Kitter Catter having one, but the only characters I can think of are Wakko and Conroy Bumpus.
I put Wakko as my headcanon voice because he seems slightly more fitting, but I'm wondering if anyone has anything better.
