Since Childrens fairy tails helped inspire it Im wondering if Peter and James are named after the characters from Peter Pan.
We even have the creepy demon noble, Lewis, named after the author of Alice in Wonderland obsessed with a little girl.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.…I really don't trust Lucas at all for some reason… I can't explain why, there's just something fishy about him…
This manga does a good job of training you to never trust anyone that wants to help you.
He would have had to have had his tattoo removed. That's all I can guess at.
NORMAN SMASH!!!
Prevailing theory is that he's Norman's brother, or that they're both genetically engineered clones, with Norman being perfect and him being a failure. Having different tattoos, and the fact that demons wouldn't throw away the best human brain of the series, make it highly unlikely they're the same person.
Why even bother keeping the promise anymore? Go ahead and start a war with the demons, and use chemical and nuclear weapons to wipe them out.
Cause they might have the same?
Its why we didn't start a war with Russia or anyone else that big for mutual annihilation will result.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."You're assuming they have such things, or that the demons don't.

We literally see two demons hunting the kids innGoldy Pond using hi-tech suits and constant machinery in the heart of plantations.
Assuming a war of tech could solve this, or that chenical warfare could, ignores that both races have advanced since then. And demons even come with numerous biological abilities that would put a majority of mankind at a disadvantage. After all when both sides fought both knew how to fight the other. Humanity has had over a thousand years to not be prepared for such a thing.
And fact is humans and demons aren't all that different.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. You know what the first thing I thought of was when I read this manga? Sausage Party.
Seriously, just read the first chapter and tell me you don't see it. There's a society of happy but ignorant individuals who have a misguided but comforting belief system revolving around the entities who created their society in the first place. And what happens when they get taken away from said society? They get eaten.

Also, no one knows what would happen if the separation between the two worlds was brought down.
You know, that page quote in sausage party sparked a twisted thought. Have any of the plantations ever tried indoctrinating their children in such a way that they are not only totally aware they're being raised as demon food, but view it as a good thing to be looked forward to?
There isn't much point in doing that, really… If they harvested them in their twenties, maybe, but before they're 12 they barely have the time to notice anything. Even Emma and Norman wouldn't have discovered the truth if not for Ray's intervention.
On the other hand, if they didn't tell them they were going to be eaten, but instead framed the idea of leaving the plantation as some sort of religious rite of passage, then they might buy into it.
chapter out:
To the surprise of absolutely no one, Norman is still alive. Also held in some kind of research institute for mutated children or something.
Oho… I like this direction. And thank god it's not the one I feared.
So this is the Lambda point Emma and Lucas saw in the file. Norman is apparently even more of a genius than initially thought. Another escape arc with him alone inside and Emma and Ray outside could be interesting if handled well.
This chapter gave me AKIRA flashbacks for some reason.
Well, yeah, of course he is. I don't think we were ever supposed to think that Norman was dead. The chapter itself doesn't treat it as a twist or anything.

How many days has it been since his leave?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I think there were a few months between his leave and the escape, plus probably a couple of weeks since they escaped.
I read the first chapter recently, and noticed that they showed a sheet with the test scores of the main characters. Emma and Ray both had a few that were in the 200s, but Norman never got anything below a perfect. I think that he was supposed to be on a different level from the very beginning.
So apparently the writer tweeted that the story is basically halfway done not too long ago. Anyone hear about that?
It might have been translated wrong and instead it was reached a turning point in the story.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Yeah I think its turning point.
Honestly I'd be a bit sad if were already half-way there cause then I know it only be around 70 more chapters before this wonderful epic ends.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."
Am I the only one whose first impression of Peter Ratiri is that he looks like a Jojos Bizarre Adventure character?
