Agreed with the size, but I will say that it seems like a shockingly decent illustration. We've got the couple in the front, looking like a mom and a dad. Except the people in the back are clearly not their actual family, thus showing that they have the "parents" role in the group rather than in their family.
Now, why we have a page for basically "this team has both a Team Mom and a Team Dad" is a question I don't have an answer for, but I'd be down for a quality upgrade. But barring that, pull because it's currently an eyesore.
