The Joker's death from Return of the Joker
seems like a decent candidate. (And yes, I realize it's fairly similar to the picture on Laughably Evil. And that it would probably work better to pull a scene that makes it more obvious that the Joker was shot by a brainwashed Robin.)
I always struggle to keep Karmic Death and Death by Irony apart.
^ I think the latter is a Super-Trope. An ironic death need not be karmic.

A Self-Disposing Villain doesn't necessarily die.
That's a little weak for a distinction. Regardless, OP fits "self-disposing" more than "karmic" in my view.
I do think there's an overlap/duplication problem there, but that's a topic for TRS.
