Would the "raffle" scene from Bioshock: Infinite make a good page image? It clearly shows the interracial couple bound and publicly humiliated for being in a relationship, and if we add a caption with some more context (to be specific, they're about to be publicly lynched for being in a relationship), I think it would do "nicely" to illustrate this trope.
