In Final Fantasy XIII, there's a part where an army has come to capture/kill your party and Snow steps out in front of the group after taking his jacket off, revealing that he's heavily bandaged from the injuries he took trying to evade capture.
The cutscene has shots from a few angles, and it isn't so dark as the OP's suggestion. Someone could try grabbing a screencapture?
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.
I'm not sure how this would be illustrated with just a picture. After all, Nausicaä (seemingly) goes bare under her skirt and she's always honest, but there's no picture which could connect the two.
That's unless you equate "honesty" with "nothing concealed" but then again, there's no way I can think of to directly link the two using just a picture.

I think OP flopped because it's rather dark and could be unclear, and it looks like he was literally caught with his pants down. Might help if we find something that looks more deliberate on his part. Tried looking a bit, but didn't find anything better.
