Make his Mega evolution "Type-less" and give it Wonder Guard.
If I knew how I know everything I know, I'd only be able to know half as much because my brain would be clogged up with where I know it fromGive it a form for each plate and have the condition be knowing Judgement. Give each form their own unique ability suited for each type.
...
You guys don't fight Arceus very often and are relying on theorymon.
It's the god Pokemon. Not being the absolute top feels wrong.
Yeah. 120 Speed is great. Same goes to its 120/120/120 bulk. Its offensive stats are now just decent, even then, that can be fixed.
Though I will admit it, I'm not too impressed whenever I used Arceus. Then again, it's just me sucking at it.
Got my Surfing Pikachu for epic Surfing on Mantine-back :D
Also should REALLY have cheesed Necrozma's bossfights with a Blissey and/or something with a ridiculously powerful Sucker Punch.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Wouldn't have mattered if you used Blissey or not, Photon Geyser can be physical.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does. But would it have been? I suppose it would depend on what Nature and IV's Necrozma has during that battle, assuming they aren't fixed.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Ultra Necrozma also has Smart Strike, in case it lacks physical!Photon Geyser.
Are you ready? Go live! And Power Gem.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Power Gem is special.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseOh yea, forgot about that.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Foul Play Zoroark 2HKOes it while taking no damage. Malamar cal screw it over with Topsy Turvy [sic].
Malamar just gets one shotted by Dragon Pulse :V
Zoroark seems to be easiest way to cheese it.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.is there a way to NOT cheese the fight?
Goddammit, Schezo... || *insert incredibly thirsty copypasta about Dr. Ratio*Go in with an all-Bug team like I did and get swept by Power Gem spam?
Though I suppose spamming Revives until it runs out of PP for that would constitute cheesing the fight, too.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Taking my time with the game; I was thinking of ditching Zoroark for Oricorio and keeping Pupitar in the team, but now that you guys reminded me of Ultra Necrozma, I don't know...
... And that's called jazz! Its the strongest Pokemon in the game with a BST higher than anything you can catch in addition to having +1 in every stat. The only way it seems to beat Necrozma in a straight up fight is to simply get a Pokemon resists all of it's moves and be massively overleveled.
From what I've seen, Metagross seems to best equipped to deal with that and even it gets 3HKO'd by Dragon Pulse at lower levels.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.People seem to complain about having to "cheese" it but I personally think that's fine. It's supposed to be a big, climatic battle.
It's just, these games are so routinely easy that it's weird to have one that isn't for once for a lot of people. Having to do something other than blow it up with your best Z-move for once is a nice change of pace in my opinion.
Its Honor Before Reason. People feel like they have to win in a straight up fight to feel good. But ya know, that kind of goes out of the window when the opponent in this case blatantly overpowers you.
Its not "cheesing", it's doing what it takes to win. And yea having a boss that you simply can't overpower with your strongest moves (Because it's stats severely outweigh your :V) feels refreshing.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I'm not a fan of the Ultra Necrozma fight. It's less that it's difficult (which it certainly is), but more that its difficulty comes out of absolutely nowhere. I'm sure I'm not the only one who managed to beat the fused legendary fight not ten minutes before without much trouble, only for U-Necrozma to outspeed and OHKO everyone on my team, even when paralyzed.
I think that's the point.
You beat Dusk Mane/Dawn Wings easily and think U Itra won't be too much trouble until it starts one-shotting everything.

A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I don't think anyone would complain if it was most any other RPG. Generally a boss you can't just overpower using the standard "attack and heal" strategy would be considered good. If you need to rearrange or re-equip your party some for the boss, that also isn't necessarily a bad thing. But Pokemon games are super easy, to the point where you can win with almost any team you want, and most fights come down to sweeping through the enemy team with super-effective or STAB moves. And games are mostly centered around "fair" fights between trainers (though the player really has several advantages all the time).
So a fight against a single, uncatchable wild Pokemon that's powerful enough possibly just sweep right through your team with super-effective and STAB attacks, and the advice you'll often be given on how to beat it involves using a relatively small group of Pokemon and moves is just strange in comparison. If can feel like the game is "cheating" to make you fail if you're playing the game "normally", and you have "cheat" back by using Pokemon you didn't want to use, or strategies that are normally unnecessary to beat to game.
I liked the fight. But man was it unfair.
It out sped and oneshot 5/6 of my team, since I didn't up EXP Share until near the end.
I needed to use Metagross which could survive 2 hits, use Toxic and then revive chain to beat it.

Like I said, give it the OMNI-Plate.
