I think you are asking for custom titles?
Custom titles are not used for renames as it says on the approval page. Please see How to Move a Page for the correct procedure

Hi, so I created the page Music.Weezer The Blue Album. The default Wiki Word, as you can see, is super awkward. I keep requesting to change it to The Blue Album, since this is the best known title for that particular LP (especially since Weezer have had three more Self-Titled Albums since then, and I plan on eventually getting those pages finished). However, the mods keep rejecting this. Any reason why? Is someone planning to migrate the page like they did for my Music.Ten Album page? Please let me know.
