The current shows the Trope Namer. However, it is misleading. The trope defines itself as someone believing they hate something for whatever reason, but then find out they actually enjoy it. Instead it looks like someone is just grossed out by an Alien Lunch.
The examples list mentions this◊ Hellboy example, but I'm not sure how many panels we'd need.
