Mireille looked very much fascinated, tryint to pat the snow bunny, checking how it would feel. "Wow... that is unbelieveable!" She continued to play a bit with the bunny with a smile on her face - but also true to her curious nature - analysing it's properties as she did so, nothing really complex seeing the lack of devices but at least basic stuff, before looking to the remaining lodges "Say, want to share a lodge with me then my fine lab assistant?"

Duncan gives his twin an aside glance. "...You should know damn well if you tell a guy with ADHD not to touch somethin', he's gonna touch it." As Byron takes his underwear from him and sniffs then, he looks embarrassed, quickly snatching them back. "F-Fine, damn it, just stop before someone sees you doin' that." He says, glancing out the window, though with how the one in the bathroom was positioned, it wouldn't let anyone see much unless they were actively trying. "...I guess cocoa sounds fine. With extra marshmallows."

Ferayul seems to be mainly content with observing everyone for now, though he does make sure to greet the others with a polite nod and a small wave.

The crimson cube, meanwhile, darts towards the snow, performing a basic chemical scan to see its composition. Soon enough, the albino himself approaches an area filled with snow, picking up a handful as the blue cube flickers to activity, the handful of snow appearing to shift into the shape of a small block of ice.

Thus, the humanoid stands up and heads towards the others, humming silently and looking at the others, simply listening on for now, his robes now flowing as if he were floating in the air. The cubes behind him fly backwards and circle each other, blinking a little, though to respect the others, the man has chosen not to activate his cameras for now. Perhaps one could inquire about his cubes, given that he is staying passive for the meantime, though he is rather oddly observant, his eyes glancing at every notable detail as he takes them in.

Kyerine looks at Torvahk and grins. "It's a bunny rabbit! Kyerine made it out of snow. They not normally snow."
He then looks to Dr Mireille, grinning as she looks at the bunny. It seems to be well just the same as before, a pure snowbunny with a few stones for its three eyes. There is no devices or things attached, yet it seems to move; the energy imparted animating it as it plays with her. It just feels like firmly packed snow.
At the topic of the lodges Kyerine nods quickly. "Only if Nebris comes too!" He replies with a childish glee looking at her.

The small little spy-cam drone is rattled with the shots, not dodging or expecting sudden attack its weak plastic shell and many of its low-grade parts not tested for even a single shot is essentially vaporized by the volley from the energy weapon and the whole thing going bang like a tiny-firework as its battery explodes. Its surviving parts scatter around as it is destroyed; the small modular camera attached taking a trajectory straight towards Rakiri's face.

Christopher looks at at Greg and smiles cheerfully about to say something when the barrage of gunfire and the bang goes off causing him to panic and scream out, grabbing onto Greg's clothing and hiding behind him, distressed and shaking from the sudden event. The real rabbit that had been jumping around has suddenly disappeared as well, likely fleeing the scene though nobody saw where it went.
Almost identically to Christopher though with less screaming and shaking, the sudden gunshots cause Kyerine to warp himself and Nebris if she doesn't resist behind Dr Mireille as a panicked reaction in a bright flash of light.

Michael as he continues away on the bridge, trying to figure out a tune to play, the words for his next piece suddenly stops his eyes growing wide as he puts down his guitar and dashes out of the room with a sudden flare of inspiration, knowing what he needs to make this work. Excitement for his idea in his head.

...Suddenly turning a corner a bit too fast as he slams face first into a giant monstrous insect and tumbles over, a large gash across his arm cutting himself on the giant insects carapace.
Lohke turning and looking down at the human with a couple of high pitch chirps and other noises at it stares with a deep intent, its towering and bulking frame looming over poor craven Michael.
Yet Michael isn't acting scared he is just sitting there, back to the wall his eyes glazed over and flashing green multiple times gently, a little brighter and a little darker. Lohke reaching out one of its smaller limbs to check on the human.

Scanning down the book, the password for the terminal can be found with relative ease, the computers marked with a label that corresponds with the passwords and notes in this book. If tried on the terminal, it will work and present the display as mentioned before.

Russell smirks a little at the praise. "Thanks." He pauses and looks to Cor and then Amos. "Armor..?" He sounds a little surprised and unsure how to take the situation. If the others want to try and fit him with it, he wont resist though he does seem unsure.
Looking at the security armor, it was meant to be able to be worn by people of varying sizes though Russell is very much beyond the small size intended here. It wouldn't be impossible if you were to remove the jumpsuit underneath to adjust the different straps and buckles and get it to if not fit, at least work and protect him but the ill-fitting would be rather restrictive on his movements and the weight would likely slow him down.

The rifle is in good shape, and good design firing semi or full-auto, assuming you know how to use a gun like this, some minor kick back on it. The laser pistol is small, compact and relatively simple in most regards once you figure out how to reload it, no recoil; though it can only take a few shots before needing a couple of seconds to cool down. The torch, well its made of steel and pretty hefty, it could be used a blunt weapon. The wire is wire.

"..Guess we're like, urm expecting the worse." Russell comments with a slight tinge of anxiety in his voice.

"Oh, don't worry, scissors aren't included." Izzie reassures Lex. "I think that one's good." She affirms while looking to the cabin Lex is pointing at.

"Well, eating them kinda makes you unable to look at them longer." Peter points out to Lex. "Alright, see you soon." He says to Greg.

Everyone jumps back in surprise from Torvahk's gunshots. Izzie in particular seems sad while looking at the remains of the drone, shooting a look at the raptor before crouching and inspecting the aftermath.

Peter, being near to the peacock, is startled a second time from its screech. "God, what's next, fireworks?" He complains. "For something that's so colorful and tiny, it's pretty painful."

"It's the same with me - I'm probably the oldest person on the ship, yet at the same time I'm in the same range as the captain and his partners." Val chimes in, both Mitch and him chuckling at Rakiri's joke.

"I'm... only a little weird when it comes to age." Mitch facetiously sounds like he feels left out. "It's not everyday I see other humans with more than superficial alterations from alien species." He says to Camélia.

Lex shrugs to Peter after recovering from the screeching and gunfire, "Rose bushes tend to grow more than a single flower, and seeing as Kirina can't actually perceive the color red, some of the more classically common roses look a bit drab to us. But the scent and taste remain."

Seeing how upset Izzie is at the destruction of the drone, she places a hand on her shoulder.

Chris recoils from the sudden influx of noise and closes his eyes tight, massaging his temple, "If you'll excuse me, this human now has a migraine to deal with.." he says before heading inside the cabin.

Nebris rushes begins Mireille just as readily as Kyerine does, peeking out from behind her at Torvahk, and looking a bit frightened of him.

Eyala eventually rounds the corner and weaves through the crowd of newly gathered strangers on her way to a pastel, nautical themed cabin opposite Dom and Mike's spire.

He then takes the damp pants and underwear in his hand and presses the pair of sweatpants into Duncan's hand, "You can put these on on the off chance my furry space heater is feeling chilly for once in his life." He then takes the garments to the laundry area and tosses them in the washer. Meanwhile, a kettle in the kitchen fills itself with milk and settles down on the stove to heat.

Both Kyerine and Nebris would find Mireille cowering in shock as well from the explosion, having backed away. After a second she noticed how the two had taken shelter behind her, trying to get up again to at least somewhat reassure them. "Vehicle unknown, enemy possible. Weapons had it thought I!" Torvahk tried to explain through his translator after obliterating the apparently harmless drone, noticing everyone's panicked reaction. "Apologies mine, rounds shock not have did I," he then said before holstering his weapon that was almost out of energy completely, down to the last shot. While he felt no shame in his actions, the alien didn't know what to do at this point. He couldn't help his cautious nature that had been ingrained into him by his society, but noticed at times it was as likely to cause problems as it was to fix them.

Slice of Life -> Snowdrift Streets:

Eventually, Ivan Lugo was able to put the remaining pizza in a to-go container that he then stored inside his metallic backpack that was awkwardly hidden under his coat earlier. Unable to actually remove the device, the top of the backpack opened up automatically as the human dropped the container inside of it, having done this plenty of times before with other items and knowing how to retrieve them later. He then left the Pizza Joint and began exploring the city, mainly keeping to himself while monitoring his surroundings as if he were actively avoiding something.

No sign of those damned slug-faces yet thank goodness, but I doubt they've given up chasing me yet, Lugo muttered to himself, trying to convince himself to remain calm with mixed results.

With all due respect Ivan, why would the Nevess continue looking for you at this point? You're far outside of their empire's jurisdiction. Jimmy inquired, the privacy of Lugo's own mind non-existent ever since the bio-mechanical symbiote began living in him.

That didn't stop them from tracking me down three different planets, each in different systems more than 10 parsecs from their homeworld, with one of those planets was a smoldering hellscape! Lugo pointed out, coming to a brief stop as he waited for a crosswalk to signal when it was safe to cross.

True, I would recommend finding somewhere to keep a low profile then. Jimmy recommended before Lugo softly replied as he crossed the street, That's the plan, the only question is where to go. Even though the human currently had no idea where to go, the route he was taking would eventually lead him towards the space port that the Troperia crew had happened to land in earlier.

Byron soon comes into the bedroom, carrying a pair of large steaming mugs of hot chocolate, a sea of mini marshmallows bobbing on top of one of them. He sets the marshmallow congregation on the nightstand beside Duncan and takes a drink of his own before setting it down on the nightstand on the other side of the bed. He then kicks off his shoes lies down beside his brother, "So long as being tall, dark, and handsome is still my niche cliché" he says, slipping his head under the crook of Duncan's arm and using his chest as a pillow while he looks toward the tv with him, shivering a bit from the cold, "What'cha watchin'?"

Lex's eyes widen and she smiles enthusiastically at Val's suggestion of a get-together, though she refrains from butting in.

The fur on Lex's arm puffs out a bit with static electricity as he accidentally lightly shocks her, but she doesn't seem to mind, simply brushing it back down then lightly rubbing his shoulder, It's alright if you want to escape the crowd for a bit, dear. We'll catch up in a little while., she assures him telepathically.

Eyala pauses as she hears Val and Izzie discuss her and she turns back, looking up at them. She lowers her hood to reveal an orange toned face that houses gigantic almond shaped eyes, and a bob of pink and cyan hair that frames her face. <<"That's not very surprising, honestly. Few of my people ever leave Alban space.">> she explains in only slightly broken, accented Pałavon.

She then reveals a bald head covered in blunted ivory spines as she removes her wig and places it over her chest, "Va˥˧˧nei˥'a˥˧˥'a˩˥˥ La˥˩˩, or Eyala for short, or Major." she rearranges her wig and jets of fog roll from her neck as she exhales from her gills with a drone, "You all here on vacation?"

"Yep! We're an eclectic bunch, but most of the time we don't try to tear each other apart. I haven't seen an Albandarian since back on Kira, I don't think. One of the library's interns, Cuha. He was pretty spunky for working around people twice to thrice his height."

Eyala suppresses a laugh, "A librarian going by Cu˥˧˧ha˧˩˩, that's like a Terran ruler going by King." she pauses, searching her database, "Like I thought, just running that brings up every Albandarian librarian on the planet, it's less than I thought, though. There are only three males on the list."

"He'd be the one at Aanomathys." Lex says, seemingly observing Eyala's features a bit closer, her expression indicating that she's noticed something different than what she'd expected.

"Gotcha." Eyala responds, lowering her head slightly, her voice creaking as a small airsack on the underside of her chin vibrates of its own accord. She massages her throat for a moment before speaking more clearly, "Huh. Cu˥˧˧ha˧˩˩ta˧˥˧lo˧˥˥sa˩ Ti˥ma˧˩˩. He's a distant cousin of my boss."

Lex nods, "I'll have to ask him if they know each other. Sorry, by the way. Didn't mean to pry."

"I'd have been honestly shocked if you didn't. No harm done."

Nebris continues to hide behind Mireille with Kyerine, only seeming confused by Torvahk trying to explain.

Inspecting the smashed, and kicked, and shot drone tells you some things about it; it was well put together using very cheap parts, mostly scrap or manually soddered pieces largely hand done; though seemingly for a budget problem over a customization problem. With the damage its taken, its unsalvageable and little can likely be recovered from it without just melting it down for scrap metal. Even the memory card lies on the ground in pieces. The letters NA are painted on one of the pieces.

Kyerine looks to Nebris and to Torvohk seems really confused and panicked still before he suddenly blinks way in a bright flash of light.
Several meters away he shouts over. "Nebris!" As he proceeds to throw a very fluffy snowball over at her; not strongly but still a surprise attack.

Little Christopher tugs at the Captain's clothes again, looking still rather freaked out at Torvohk shooting. "-sniffle- Captain can we go now?" He asks, wiping his eyes on his sleeve and still very cold with just basically a long t-shirt in this cold enviroment.

Russell tenses as the laser pistol is put into his hands for a moment, pausing and nodding as he holds it in on hand and scans his other hand across it slowly trying to get a accurate feel for the overall shape and design of the weapon. Quickly raising it and aiming it at a wall, and childishly going 'pew' then at a monitor and doing the same. Though anyone paying attention notices he doesn't have his finger on the trigger on purpose.

He then pauses. "...Amos?" He frowns for a moment and puts out his scanning hand towards him. "Could you show me where different bits are? Like um, I guess safety and where you put ammo and like, that kind of stuff." Not enjoying asking for help but he clearly sounded a little nervous about holding a real weapon.

He looks at Toraq then at Cor and nods. "I-.. I won't. Just, if something does happen, I need to know what to do. I mean like- its a gun and I can point and pull the trigger but I you know the other stuff I don't just know."

The code entered into the computer sounds a loud ding outside, as the airlock door deeper into the ship seems to unlock. The group able to proceed when ready deeper into the ship.

Bristleback Lodge -> En Route to Spaceport:

Torvahk emitted a low, guttural growl akin to an annoyed and disappointed sigh as he noticed the drone was completely FUBAR. "Needed not here, am I. Is clear this." He said dejectedly before turning around and heading back toward the direction of the spaceport the Troperia was docked in. It was difficult for the avian to be in anything close to a good mood when he felt that he was being more burdensome than helpful, and figured he'd be better off doing something else. Initially Torvahk was planning to monitor the ship, but then figured if the spaceport was anything like the ones on his homeworld, every ship docked there would be under some sort of supervision, although with how differently these various aliens and their cultures seemed to think, it didn't seem like there was a guarantee of how safe the Troperia actually was. He figured it would be worth checking into if nothing else.

Snowdrift Streets -> En Route to Spaceport:

The further Lugo wandered through the streets, the more crowded the city seemed to be. He continued to try and keep a low profile while also periodically checking his surroundings to make sure nobody was intentionally following him, passing through a few crosswalks as he muttered to himself, "Still no sign of any Nevess. I wonder if they even know I'm here."

Considering that they have a reputation of causing collateral damage on occupied worlds and have no regard for the lives of others, I doubt they would be hunting you directly Ivan.

"You have a point, but if that's true then that could only mean—-" Lugo tried to say quietly to himself before the voice in his head interrupted, If they're still determined to have you killed, they will have most likely hired a bounty hunter at this point to go after you.

"What do we do then? What should we watch out for?" Lugo then asked before the voice uneasily responded, I do not have a clear answer for us. If there is a skilled bounty hunter after us, they could be anyone. Paranoia will only raise suspicion and reveal our predicament to unwelcome third parties. For now I suggest we continue to run and find somewhere safe, where we may have an advantage against a potential threat if they're after us.

"If that's what I have to work with..." Lugo grumbled as he continued unknowingly heading towards the spaceport.

I mean, I don't care...you don't gotta ask me...">> he replies, trying to look indifferent, though if Val would probably easily note that internally, he quite likes the idea.

He glances over to the trio of Lex, Izzie, and the newfound Eyala chatting away, and he looks at the latter rather intently, perhaps in a sense of burning curiosity. He doesn't speak, not wanting to but in, though.

Bristleback Lodge - Shopping Plaza

After a short walk down the commercial thoroughfare, Greg leads little Christopher to another large plaza bustling with tourists, this one being home to an array of restaurants and various shops. "Oh, wow, didn't know they had all these stores around...finding you some more weather appropriate stuff should be a breeze, heh!" he says, with a minor fistpump, before turning his attention down to Christopher. "Hey, you okay now, little man? We left all that craziness behind for now."

"Well, where else would I get my fill of tall, dark, and handsome?" Duncan responds, cupping Byron's face and giving him a kiss as he lays his head on his chest. "Mike misses the tall mark by...quite a bit, yeah." he continues with a chuckle. He glances back to the TV as Byron asks about the program. "Oh, it's a reboot of an old show. It's about a group of crimefighters with magic dancing powers that oppose a group of anti-dance zealots that want to eliminate it." he explains. "I know, it sounds wacky, but it's not a bad show, surprisingly."

"Let's dance, baby~!" The declaration comes from the glamorous looking woman with a fiery red afro being displayed on the screen, wearing a golden catsuit, looking like she walked straight out of the 70s. A catchy discotech tune plays, and she starts to perform some elaborate dance moves as a group of attacks some at her from all directions. With precise timing and movements during her dance, she takes out the goons one by one as they come at her until they're all eventually grounded. She finishes with a striking pose and winks behind her rose-tinted sunglasses. "Oh, yeah~!"

"Wire? Hmm...I suppose there's no harm in trying. I'll think of something, I'm sure." Amos replies to Merrick. He turns to Russell as he asks about the gun. "Oh. W-Well, sure, I can do that. I'll go through each part one by one." he reaches out and places his hand on the gun, near where Russell's is, and carefully starts to explain the function of each component piece by piece, and gives him a bit of advice on handling laser weapons.

Tor steps out of the security office and looks over to the airlock door which has now opened. He quietly beckons for the others to follow so they can proceed. "Whenever you're ready."

Once Amos finishes with his explanations, he picks up the coil of wire to hold onto and turns back to Russell. "If you need to ask anything else, just let me know, okay? Are you ready?"

Russell listened not saying much as Amos explained clearly focusing on what he was saying and trying to memories it all like the controls on a game he's playing for the first time. Amos briefly see's Russell's off hand run through various motions to the side like he was practicing before nodding in Amos' general direction.
"I think I got it. So let's be heros!" He declares boldly as a response trying to pump himself back up.

MMS Cernunnos: Floor 3 : Port access hallway

Heading in and through the airlock into the main body of the ship is a simple task. The airlock opening with only the most minor of operation needed. Inside a strip of red emergency lights illuminate the hallway, it is dim but it is certainly a usable level of light.
As the airlock closes up behind you all securely you hear a distinctive noise of the air filtration system functioning as a very distorted voice of a computer seems to echo out.
"A-a-a-Air filtration system, activat-at-at-ed. Air pressure at 0.96 standard Terran pressures. Gas com-composition suitable for Human physiology loaded. Pl-ttzzzzzz, please have a nice day"

Russell looks up at hearing this and perhaps not thinking before hand if the information was correct or not, or if something else could happen goes and unclips the claps on his helmet and with a little effort undoing the seal removes it, sighing and then taking in a deep breath through his nose straight after and turning his head from side to side. His expression seemed relieved.
"This feel soo much better! Like I can actually see like things again." Seemingly having worn the helmet and using the false-echo location for the entire journey really seems to have frustrated him. Taking the first chance to not wear the helmet, and restoring his preferred detailed method of perception, his echolocation, without it being all muffled.

A short distance down the hallway the group would see a glowing screen on the wall, seemingly a map of the ship showing a number of things about it. Many areas towards the back of the ship near the engines as being without oxygen or gravity, though is also true actually of most of the ship except for a few rooms it seems. The ones with life-support enabled seemed to be, The Life Support itself just upstairs of where you are now, the CIC which is down the corridor and then up the stairs, the server-rooms, and a small room just above both sets of rooms marked Analysis Operator Bay.
It doesn't seem like it'd be hard to get to.

Michael has continued just sitting there for a time, eyes glazed over and his eyes gently flickering and flashing like a old lightbult. Though as Lohke gently prods the normally craven teenager with one of it's small limbs Michael suddenly twitches and then seemingly falls unconscious.

Lohke continues examination before starting to carry Michael towards a place to lay the human down. It didn't want to choose the Medbay knowing that had people inside still (Matt and Blake) and instead it decides to venture to the lounge, carefully going inside and being careful to not break anything before laying the adolescent human down on a couch, head upon a pillow. Perhaps a strange sight to go and look back at on a video later with the giant insectoid seeming almost like a parent tucking a kid into bed.
Lohke then just heads off without making a noise or even a chirp it didn't want to disturb the human... It admittedly doesn't know much about Human's outside of a good spot to hit and sever their spines. Not that Lohke on a errant hit couldn't do that accidentally.

Little Christopher having a hand tightly holding the Captain, he follows him through the lodge towards and into the plaza, his eyes and head darting around wildly seeing all the different people and shops and well all kinds of things. It certainly looked like he hadn't really gotten to do this before, never experienced this kind of enviroment. Despite his body language still saying he was cold, though the jacket was helping he didn't seem to be mentally caring as much right now.
At the Captain's words he looks up at him. "Mmmnn hmmm." Affirmatively answering with a smile on his face as his held darts around. "It really busy here and.." He inhales deeply. "Stuff smells yummy." He sounded curious and more importantly cheerful and excited again, forgetting what just happened with the gunshot.

Mireille still covered a bit though slowly stood up normally - nonetheless still visibly shaken. Though, seeing Kyerine sart a snowball fight seemed to calm hr down as well, so, after a second or so she formed a snowball herself, being comparatively slow to do so, obviously having never done this before, though, even so she threw the fluffly ball at Kyerine, giggling slightly. "I can do that as well you know~!"

Lex does a somewhat subtle fist pump as Rakiri agrees to the get together, and telekinetically removes a few spare parts from the drone that had clung to his clothing, gently placing them down with the drone's remains, which she collects into a tidy little pile and offers it to Izzie, "Think there's enough left for us to track down the owner and see if we can get them a replacement?"

"Rakiri and Kijo, dear." she politely corrects Camélia, "And it's alright. Genetic mixing isn't all that uncommon on our ship. You'd honestly fit right in." she assures her, gesturing toward Mitch's demonstration

Eyala watches Mitch transform with quiet interest, "Thought I heard a Hestian accent." Her large eyes flicker slightly as a myriad of lenses open and close over them in rapid succession, "I've always found Promethean biology fascinating, if I'm honest. Hybrization in general, really. Mostly Alotos, if I'm not mistaken, right?"

She then turns her head toward Izzie, smiling broadly, revealing a mouth full of teeth that are obviously more fit for chopping and grinding vegetable matter than for ripping throats and rending flesh, "Nice to meet you. We don't have that many Pałavians back home, but it's not uncommon for agents to be trained in several of the more common languages, at least to a conversational level, just in case it comes in handy. Probably wouldn't be able to meander through anything more advanced than a young child's textbook in Pałavon, but I can normally get my meaning across." she then shrugs, "Don't need to apologize, I wasn't offended. Besides, now I have people to hang out with instead of being cooped up indoors until I get orders from my superiors."

She glances toward Rakiri and gives him a little wave, "No need to be shy. I don't bite." she also looks toward Torvahk as he starts wandering off, "Oh dear. I hope I didn't offend your friend somehow. I don't think I'm familiar with his culture."

Lex glances toward the brewing snowball fight and a smirk grows on her face. She begins telekinetically gathering snow into little piles, "I might suggest that our friends who are less comfortable getting damp make their way inside," she says, casting a sidelong glance toward Rakiri, "I'm about to do something that might lead to consequences not to their liking." she then lobs a few of the snowballs toward the little group further off, one headed toward Mireille, and the other lightly striking Nebris' hood.

Nebris laughs as both Kyerine and Lex start throwing snowballs at her and she runs around, gathering snowballs of her own as she dodges, seemingly stockpiling them for now.

Byron purrs and strokes Duncan's cheek while he eagerly kisses him back. He slips a leg up onto Duncan's to spoon his side and snuggles close, enjoying the heat generated by his double, "Heh. Guess that means I'm forgiven this time?" he asks, nuzzling his chest before glancing toward the screen, then back up to Duncan, then back at the screen, "It seems like a show custom tailored for you, dear."

Blackwell-Brandt Cabin

Chris lays his head on Peter's shoulder and closes his eyes, taking solace in the quiet closeness shared between them, and that which was shared with Greg via their link, "I agree. So long as you're comfortable with all of it, I'm comfortable with it. As soon as things start making you uneasy, I'll fight alongside you to make things right if we have to. Kinda curious to see how hellish your dads and uncle will make whatever training you go through."

Cernunnos

Cor nods and follows after Tor, keeping an eye out in case something unfriendly pops out. "Well, we only have two people of entirely human or fairly human physiology, so I'm glad the rest of us are still able to breathe." he kids in a somewhat unsteady voice, possibly to ease the tension, "Does give us some idea of who ran this place, though."

Merrick allows the others to follow before him, more comfortable taking up the rear. Once everyone is on the move, he'll follow, moving with rather catlike movements.

Cor glances toward the map, relating the information to Russell, before nodding, "Think you could improve life support if we go up there, Amos?"

"Well, I'm not exactly a fan of getting shot at, but so far they've done a pretty good job of keeping us safe, and I don't think that would change. Plus, I chose to transfer to the armed forces back then. Also, from what Dominic's told us, it sounds like I'm really precious to Hestia if nothing else, and I know I'm more than just that to them." He holds Chris close for a moment, sharing a tender kiss, before getting up and starting to sift through the kitchen cabinets.

"I've long since gotten used to them beating me up during VR training, so it can't be much worse than that." Peter says with a chuckle. "Ooh, that's quite the collection of teas they have here." He takes out a few different boxes and sets them out on the table. "You'll still love me if I end up looking something like Mitch, wouldn't you?" He asks jokingly with a faux-pout.

"Oh, relax, you have two big guys watching over you, and one of them's a doctor. You're fine." Izzie says in a tone that initially seems dismissive, but on a second thought would turn out to sound more playful and teasing. "See?" She points as Val helps Lex clean Rakiri up. He clears his throat aloud, and Izzie retracts her finger - he's still her commanding officer after all, even with how casual they get.

"I'm afraid not. The most I'll be able to do with these parts now is to pick out the few small intact pieces, then smelt them down into new raw metal." She then listens to Eyala, chuckling at her remark about having people to talk to. "Well, virtually all of us speak Common, so you don't have to worry too much about that."

"That reminds me of when I first moved to Íriδen. It took me a long time to start grasping the nuances, though that's partly because I went decades without learning any new languages." Val adds, making it clear he's not a native Pałavian despite his appearance. "Anyway, I'm Váλdes, though you can just shorten it to Val." He smiles warmly with Rakiri's silent approval of the gathering.

"Y-yeah, actually." Mitch replies, not expecting Eyala to guess so quickly and accurately, and at the same time pleasantly surprised. "There's even more stuff under the surface, though I'm guessing you already knew that." With his initial reaction worn off, he seems to be more relaxed in this form, particularly with someone outside the group already knowing what's going on, digging his bare, hand-like feet into the snow, not bothered by the cold. "You mentioned superiors? Who are you working for?" He asks plainly.

"Ah, thanks for the warning." Val takes Rakiri's hand and walks a few steps away from the snowball fight. "Do you want to head inside, then? I'm fine either way."

Camélia:    "Acknowledged Mitch, and sorry, Rakiri and Kijo. And..."

She raises an arm that slowly begins to be covered in scales, taking somewhat of a demonic appearance before the scales falls off and under it her arm is revealed, intact.

"That's what I mean when I say my genetic code is messed up."    she says, gathering back the scales.    "Anyway, yeah, Camélia's the name. Nice to meet you all."

The drone around her seems to be sort of scanning the peoples, seemingly searching for informations on their species in their data...

MMS Cernunnos: Floor 3 - Port Access Hallway

Amos looks around as they enter the dimly lit hallway, ready to react to whatever might be waiting as they travel deeper into the depths of the ship. He pauses as the air filtration starts to turn back on and the voice speaks. Before he can say anything to confirm or deny it as truth, he quickly looks over to Russell at his exclamation. He goes to speak, but Tor holds up his hand to stop him. "Please, let me."

Amos gives him a slightly concerned look, worried he might be harder than necessary on Russell for his recklessness, but he gives him a nod of acknowledgement soon after before . With that, Tor turns to Russell, clearing his throat before continuing. "Russell." he starts, his voice stern, but not angry. "You cannot do things like that. I understand the helmet being a bit bothersome to you and your ability to see...but what if that voice just now was lying?" he says. "What if they had flooded the hall with poison? If that was the case, you'd asphyxiate...suffocate to death before our eyes and none of us could have done a single thing to help you. I'm not trying to scare you or anything so basic, but...please, don't do things such as that without asking one of us if it's okay first. Or else, we won't have any choice but to send you back to the ship to wait. And I doubt you want that." As he finishes, he looks over to Cor, taking off his own breath aid as well. "No doubt. From the dream, I never got the indication of anything alien being involved with this place."

Amos continues head a bit, looking up at the map. He raises his hand to the map, and pulls up a copy of onto a holoscreen at his side. "Well, this is a bit helpful...though, still need to figure out how to get to the server room from here..." He thinks silently as he seems to be planning a course before he answers Cor. "I could probably, but seeing as there's an apparent AI on board, I'm a bit adverse to messing around with things unnecessarily. Don't want to make it angry..."

Duncan smiles, taking a heated hand, gripping his brother's backside. "Well, I ain't left any burns on you for the time being. Bristleback Lodge - Cabin Plaza

Rakiri mutters to himself in Echirean at Izzie's apparent teasing, letting Lex and Val finish tending to him. He looks back over to Eyala at her comment, and scowls slightly before glancing away. "I-I'm not shy." he answers, folding his arms in slight indignance. Someone's tsundere flag is certainly flying high today. "And don't worry about Torvahk. It's nothing you said. He probably feels bad about the drone...and people snapping at him for it." he continues, suddenly rubbing the back of his neck as he feels slightly guilty about it now. "Ugh. Don't be a pain in the ass right now, conscience..." he mutters, glancing up at Camelia. "Eh, it's fine. I've been called worst things than not my name."

As Val grabs his hand, he lets him start leading him away, noticing the others beginning to throw the snow around. "...Ugh, stupid water intolerance making me miss out on a fight..." He glances over at Val, before looking over to their cabin. "Oh. We can go inside, sure...okay." he says, pausing to think before nodding in agreement.

The scan from Camelia's drone will return basic information on Echireans.

Echireans are race of shapeshifting, electrical energy beings. They are all born monosex and bear a natural aversion to water. Their natural physiology is something of an oddity, largely only being composed of a neural core (which serves as both the brain and heart) and biomass that they can shape and morph into various external and internal structures and organs as needed. They also natually pick up genetic information from others species from extended contact with them.

Spaceport -> Troperia:

Eventually, Torvahk would reach the spaceport the Troperia had landed in earlier. The snow was shallow enough to require minimal effort to walk through, and the insulated environment of the alien's power armor allowed Torvahk to avoid the chill of his surroundings. He would soon approach the ship without delay, spending a few moments waiting in the airlock before heading toward the direction of the Armory. While he was initially at a loss of what to do and with his value to the crew put into question in his mind, Torvahk eventually decided that he was going to help with the ship's food supply the best way he knew how...even if they had plenty in storage already.

As he entered the Troperia's armory, Torvahk began searching through the assortment of weaponry for anything that looked like it served the function of a long-range sniper rifle: An entire category of guns he only used for the purpose of hunting.
