I'm leaning toward pulling the current, but I'd definitely like to see some other options before making that decision 100%.

Not bad. Is there any panel before that giving a purpose for the nuking?
uhm, i dont know. there is the entire volume, maybe from page 125 there is something.
I'm not sure that actually illustrates the trope, which is showing the horror of nuclear weapons use, which makes it fall more in line with the Nuclear Weapons Taboo. Nuke 'em is when the military is far too Trigger-Happy with deploying nukes; to illustrate that I think we'd need something like a grizzled general immediately wanting to fire nukes on an alien ship.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Yeah, 6 isn't getting the essence of this trope at all.
Perhaps General Tao◊ from C&C Generals? His hat is that he uses nukes for anything, but not sure how much the image shows his gung-ho attitude. A caption could help.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"The mushroom cloud in the background isn't that prominent.
That could work with a caption along the lines of "See that? Fifth country this month that's [something that's upset him]. Don't be #6."

^ Something along those lines could work.
I could go with that. Not sure what to put in the space, though. Something about his mother?
(Annoyed grunt)So, we can use Hadashi pic for Nuclear Option?
I don't quite think it illustrates that trope, either.
Perhaps a quote instead?

Fine with me.
Better than nothing.

According to the description, Nuke 'em is about the wanton use of nuclear weapons, typically to defeat a Monster of the Week; Nuclear Option is about the 'sensible' use of nuclear weapons in such a situation. Neither trope is the chairs-like "Nuclear Weapons" (which only exists as a Useful Notes) that the current image on the former implies.
I don't know of any replacement options that don't look more like It's the Only Way to Be Sure, but the current is simply misleading.
