I've done a RWBY fanfic where Ozpin prevented the fall of Beacon by using his Semblance to generate a massive amount of hot chocolate

I'd like to read this one. I've read fanfic by Coeur Al'Aran with weirder premises than this.

I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.

A while before the DLC for Pokémon Sword and Shield was announced, I had this idea for how a direct sequel to SwSh might go that used the old CMYK theorynote . Basically, the Key (Scepter) legendary would be Zamazenta pulling a Nightmare Moon (or rather, an entity possessing Zamazenta and causing it to do that), and the Yellow (Crossbow) legendary would appear soon afterwards to help Zacian fight it. The catch is, Zayello's a puppy (think Nebby from SM with a sense of self-preservation). The whole game would be spent trying to figure out just what the heck this new threat is while also helping Zayello train for the climactic battle.

Here's where it gets crazy. I was pretty satisfied with the idea, but then my brain went, "Hey, you know what would make this even cooler? Werewolves." So then I came up with this plot where Zayek is trying to turn the Gym Leaders and the former and current Champions into some kind of twisted royal guard.

Seems like I can't have a story idea for five minutes without trying to turn people into things... Not that it's a problem.

If you’re up for writing it, I’d say go for it. Sounds like a solid premise with or without the werewolves.

I would, but I already have another huge fic I'm working on (which is also a bit of an oddball). I do have a few doodles of the legendaries themselves, though, and might draw the idea some more should the plotbunny strike again.

Okay, so this was literally an idea I came up with while struggling to sleep. In general, there is a disappointing lack of fanfiction, outside of some recommendations here weirdly, that actually deal with Sakura Matou's Crest Worm infestation. Weirdly following off of the above poster's idea, I thought, "What if Sakura got cured of her infestation by getting lycanthropy?" In a sense, it's a "one infection cancelling the other" kind of deal.

I've always been more interested in fiction that's treated the condition as more of a double-edged sword than just a standard "turn into an uncontrollable beast" kind of thing. It really shows just how screwed up her circumstances are that I can actual envision her treating her new condition as an improvement.

Of course, such a set-up, let alone the ripple effects it would have on the rest of the story, would be downright numerous.

Just an idea I had. My self insert in the Madokaverse wishes for the creation of a young man to help her fight and keep her sanity. Since he has capabilities she didn't have, he gets over half of her magical potential. Before the wish is made, though, QB tricks her into making the subtext of the wish into part of the actual wish by forcing the male guardian to have a crush on her that he didn't want to have. Since he was part of her once, he just wanted to be her and have a boyfriend of his own. The strain of the relationship causes my self insert to witch, and the guardian is constrained and can't fight the witch. My self-insert's low-potential older sibling finds out, and is torn between her desires to save her sister or have the guardian's male body. While QB eggs the older sister on and the guardian pleads with her not to risk dying or becoming a witch, the older sibling wishes for infinite wishes and solves everything.
