Zombie dogs or worse, bears will be absolutely terrifying.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. It strikes me as very reminiscent of Zombieland.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."I don't get that vibe. It doesn't seem remarkably similar aside from it being a comedy with zombies, of which there are many(I thought of Cockneys vs. Zombies, personally).

From what I gather it's a comedy with zombies and more specifically a focus on creatively (and very gorely) killing them, with a dorky nerd protagonist (in this case, protagonists), and a Badass mentor of sorts as a contrast. Only in this case Tallahasse and Wichita were collapsed into a single character.

"All you Fascists bound to lose."I once saw a zombie movie with two zombie tigers at the end. Badly CG Ied tigers, of course, but tigers all the same.
I saw the trailer when I went to see The Martian at a Georgian theater (I'm living there for the time being). It was the NSFW version, so I got to see boobies on the big screen! Never thought I see that in my lifetime. The only downside was that the trailer was in Georgian.
I've actually heard about this film when it was in the development stage; it was on the Black List. I remember the premise being different than what it is now. Something tells me re-writes occurred.
people are not pleased according to reviews
Hmm. Since the film isn't even out yet and the audience hasn't had a chance to see the bloody thing, I wouldn't give any more credence to the so-called "professional reviewers" than I usually do. Which is to take their opinions with a super-tanker sized grain of salt.
Don't get me wrong, it may suck like a Hoover vacuum cleaner, but it's early days yet.
I seldom trust critics for comedies. Critics seldom have a good sense of humor.
I'm not embedding the trailer, because it's extremely NSFW, but here's a link.
The movie looks very puerile. But amusing. And I like that there are zombie animals. It's not something terribly common in modern zombie flicks for some reason.
