Miraculous Ladybug

It really seems like they are going to bring back the idea of a whole crime fighting team. I know in pre-production that they originally had some characters what would fight alongside Cat Noir and Ladybug.

I discovered this show by complete chance a few months ago on Disney Channel, where it's aired in France, of all things. Now it has become some kind of Guilty Pleasure of mine. The art is rather good and the characters expressions are rather funny, and, even while the show follows a Strictly Formula, the characters are still interesting enough to like.
I'm also having some fun watching how Paris has been rather convincingly rendered, while still taking the occasional Artistic License – Geography (no, the Eiffel Tower is not five minutes away from any other point in Paris).
Also, the idea that the worst negative feelings people in Paris can experience come from heartbreaks or minor disputes is hilarious to anybody living there. Poor Hawkmoth would probably last only a day in real Paris before abandoning his shtick out of severe burn-out.

Is this show still on Netflix? I wanna catch up but I have no idea where to watch it. Which sucks because it sounds like things have finally started to happen.

U.S. Netflix has the whole first season and Christmas special, so for now you can catch up with it!

To be fair, Hawkmoth is specifically going after Chat Noir and Ladybug. The folks around them tend to be fairly privileged upper middle class classmates. So we're not likely to get any drug addled or impoverished folks who have better access to Ladybug or Chat Noir than their alter egos' classmates.

Well, then you're caught up! The second season doesn't seem to have started yet; everyone's been discussing leaks from trailers or whatever, not whole episodes. It would be nice to know where the first broadcast will be, though...

Yeah, it was meant to be a few months ago, then it was delayed to this month, then it got pushed back to December

I'm given to understand that Netflix will have Season 2 in the US, though I could have it wrong.

On the positive side, comics should be out by now.

So a lot of buzz recently, I think Germany released a trailer ? A lot of scenes from one episode, That I presume Chloe throws a party, meanwhiles Adrien and Marinette get strangely close. A lot of focus on Chloe, and while she has been pretty shallow before hand (I never understood the fandoms huge love for her), the footage gave her a strange amount of depth for her. She's a petty person, but I think the writers of the show have always had an unconvential writing style that has allowed them to breath depth into the cliches they use.

Is this episode close to revealing she gets the bee kwammi?

I've got my hands on the comics. They were pretty standard stuff..and then turned weeeeird around third issue. Let's just say that they broke the pattern a bit.

So I know Thomas Astruc worked on W.I.T.C.H. and I noticed while watching a character in episode 7 is very similar to Lila.

While watching S 2 E 5 just now I noticed a character who looks very much like a certain artist in the background.]

I don't like to double post so soon, but the new trailer for Season 2 dropped. Which I fell like is revelent enough for this thread.

Though I've got to say, we've seen Ladybug and Chat Noir fight a few times before. If they do it too often, it will be worn out.

Ok, it really DOES looks as if she was going for kiss. And yes, I am not looking forward to seeing Cat Noir mindcontrolled again. Also, buttler will be villain! I hoped he will become Big Mustachio, but this is even better.
