That's actually older than I'd have guessed for either of them, myself. Atra I would have put at somewhere between around 9 and 11, and Mika about 12-13.

Odd to have the official ages of anime characters higher than I thought, for once.

Actually now that I think about it, Atra being so short might actually be a plot point. Malnutrition at a young age can stunt your growth.

I just come here to read the opinions, i actually never watched any series in emision. Never, i just can't wait for a week and prefer wait for months.

Despite i never watched the episode i go to tell you: That Naze guy is scary as fuck. Seriously, that is just insane. Having children with your harem of under-age girls?. You're Scirocco interdimentional master.

I just say something. I watched the first two caps and so...My predictions was right!.

(Seriously, looked pretty obvious for the start who nearly all the villains are gonna be a variant of a Dirty Coward and/or a Smug Snake).

The original leaders of CGS were pretty damn monstrous, at least in their treatment of the main characters. But they're no longer relevant to the story.

Ever since then, the antagonists have been portrayed as normal people. Which is par for the course for Gundam, really. The franchise is usually fond of Grey-and-Grey Morality.

And yeah, I'm not getting where you think any of Naze's harem are underage. There's a few who look to be late teens/early twenties, and are certainly younger than Naze himself, but there's been no suggestion of him as an ephebophile. (I'll also point out that we don't know what the age of consent in the IBO universe is.)

The vast majority of Naze's harem seem like teenage girls rather than adult women, with the sole exception being Amida. Call me a prude, I guess, but an adult man (Naze is, what? Late 20s, early 30s?) fathering children on his harem of teenage girls is pretty fucking sleezy. The fact that no one else (in-universe, I mean) seems to think it's anything other than a harmless eccentricity just makes it creepy, too.

I guess it's the facts that all the girls in the harem don't seem to have been forced into it (ie, they're not sex slaves) and are alright with the idea, and Naze clearly has the finances to support such a large "family".

If it's consensual and he can pay for it, what's the issue? (Note: I'm not stating my own thoughts on the ethics of the situation here, just playing devil's advocate and laying out a possible line of rationale.)

To speak my own thoughts, I do think it's rather sleazy, as Jovian puts it, that he's sleeping with so many women, most of whom seem younger than he is, but he is a Yakuza. I don't think he's supposed to be seen as a purely virtuous character by any means.

Wait... now that chick who Talked to Orga when he got Drunk in the Previous Episode is now Part of Tekkadan? Hmm... Orga Reluctantly Accepted the Offer and he was Blushing a little, i wonder if this is a Prelude to a Future Relationship.

In other news, it seems Atra used to Work at a Brothel (Thankfully Not in the Dirty Way) and she was Constantly Bullied by Everyone in the Damn place so she Ran Away, and now She... Wants to go the Harem Route with Mikazuki and Kudelia?! ...I Really dont know what to say about that.

Haha! Just as i hoped, Mikazuki and the Barbatos had a Big Damn Heroes moment!

We've had dozens of death flags for pretty much every character and nothing has happened. In fact, I'll go so far as to predict that the vast majority of the cast won't die. And definitely not any time before the finale. The first few episodes having lots of (insignificant) character deaths seems to have coloured people's expectations. I don't think this will be a death heavy series.

Meanwhile, another episode goes by and Kudelia complains about how useless she is. I'm getting tired of her shit.

The impression I got was just that he was ashamed that she saw him in a moment of weakness (vomiting in a back alley is hardly Adult and In-Charge) and didn't want Naze or his crew hearing about that. Her being an Adult hanging around reflects poorly on his own Childishness in a way that makes him very uncomfortable.
