Pretty much caption-reliant, but (and this may be my Fan Myopia talking) I'm giving this a weak Keep Until Better Image Suggested.
It was so long since I saw it so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense as an image. Combined with the caption, the best I can say is that it doesn't harm the page. No idea what would be better, though.
Check out my fanfiction!Eh, I love The Princess Bride too, but that image is a classic JAFAAC. Can we at least get a picture of him drinking from the cup?
It's debatable but apparently clownfishes live inside anemones thanks to this trope. So, why not use them?◊
What about that same scene from Finding Nemo when Martin has Nemo rub around in the anemone to build up his tolerance?
Pricess Bride is perhaps the most famous example, but alas, jafaac. Finding Nemo is good, but it could use a caption as well.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed. It's a slight improvement over the current, certainly, but I think a problem with this trope is how to show it as acquired poison immunity. Without the long-time build-up of the tolerance it looks more like natural poison immunity.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"How do you show long-term in an image?
Check out my fanfiction!Hence why I'm wondering if this is unpicturable, but a good caption might help there.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"It's something that's either going to have to be acknowledged in the pic itself via a speech bubble or with a caption. IIRC, Martin tells Nemo to scrub the anemone to do this...it's weak, but as a caption it'd be better than nothing.

I think 5 is the best so far. Still not very good though.
Maybe "Just a scrubbing a day keeps the venom away." ?
That works.
Check out my fanfiction!Sure.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Works for me.
(Annoyed grunt)I like the idea of using the Finding Nemo image, plus a caption about the anemone being venomous. Better than what's already there, and way better than nothing.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.for 7+14
I also like 14 with 7.
Clock is set. Anyone else for 7+14?

; when I see an anemone I don't think poison. This trope needs a 2-3 panel comic to illustrate since dialogue is usually needed to explain the immunity anyway. If we cannot find some sort of comic, then BUPKIS.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Re-clocking. I'm seeing a fair amount of consensus for 7+14 but some more votes/discussion wouldn't hurt.
I'm quite happy to go with 7 + 14. Personally it gets the point across.
(Annoyed grunt)
The Man In Black may be a triumphant example, but that image displays none of the trope.
