Given the number of spoilers that exist on any given Trope Page, it's not that much of a stretch. Especially if it's written in a troperiffic way that points out the different tropes involved in any given part of the game.
ETA: In fact, it would HAVE to be written that way, or we'd wind up just being any other gameFAQ site. We have to have something that differentiates us.

Right, well... here's my work-in-progress... pilot, if you will. Obviously, it still needs some work; I still haven't even written the Pallet Town part of it yet. Feel free to contribute and help me make it as awesomely Troperiffic as is possible.
UPDATE: Just finished outlining the Pallet Town part of the game, will proceed to Route 1 and Viridian City, either by myself or with someone who has a Game Link Cable (so to speak).

Ryan you were advised in Wikitalk not to do this. Why may I ask have you gone ahead anyway?
I don't know... mixed messages from separate threads for this, perhaps? (This should teach me to discuss these sorts of issues only where they belong. XP) Oh, and I put it in Sandbox so as to play it safe (plus, the possibility of making a Just for Fun-style walkthrough did get brought up at one point in the Wiki Talk thread, though not by me—I simply agreed to go along with that idea if all else failed).

If it's all right with the staff, I was thinking of creating some walkthroughs on here under a planned Walkthrough namespace. Planned walkthroughs from yours truly include for Pokémon Red and Blue and Super Mario 64.
