Separate to that, though, the description was not improved upon when it was noted that the large middle paragraph left it very confusing and unclear.
This paragraph suggests that, despite the trope name, to be an example a person must initially not want to reduce somebody but then go back for them. This would lead the name to be misleading, but the rest of the description is not entirely in agreement with this definition, as well as many of the examples not matching any aspect completely.
