That's pretty good.
Bump. Other thoughts?
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Looks good to me.
Here's that one panel isolated:

Decent.
What does that actually illustrate?
Check out my fanfiction!Seems like a discussed trope to me. I'm not sold on the idea of using it.
I'd like to see more of the characters' similarities, and not just someone claiming Not So Different.
Best I could find: The Joker comparing himself with Batman (and the world in general)◊.
Also, this one with God and a dead guy◊.
Oops, didn't know that.

That first pic would be more suitable for Spikes of Doom, methinks. The second one looks like a single-panel cartoon that we're not usually allowed to use without violating some sort of copyright.

Clock is set.
Well, I found this. Could the last panel work?
I think that looks good.

That one is pretty good though it unfortunately is a single panel comic and as pointed out before, there's a copyright issue with those.
The clock's way past due and this thread's pretty much just spinning its wheels. Locking up.
Previous thread. The previous image was pulled because the dialogue did all the work and might as well have been a quote; the visuals were Just A Face And A Caption. I definitely agree that the previous image was a poor one, but this trope is about characters making this observation in-story; it can only work with dialogue. I was thinking of the second-to-last panel from this: far less dialogue, parodies/lampshades the trope, and the visuals have what looks like a hero ignoring a villain.
