I'm not too fond of the OP suggestion. It's simply a picture of a duck plus some text.
The only indication that the duck is staring is the text that says that it is.
OP suggestion is OK for me if prepped up with a caption.

Looking through the examples, there's a good Peanuts example, with Lucy being afraid of a piece of fuzz. Panel 7 could work by itself, or panels 5+7.
