For Honor!

Another DLC character has been leaked that's called the Highlander. The screenshot has him in shadow, so it's hard to tell the details. Can't tell what his weapon is, but speculation is that it may be another longsword like the Warden.

My guess is that each of the DLC characters will be a part of one of the three factions so they don't have to make a new upgrade type. Centurion for Knights, Highlander for Vikings, Ninja for Samurai.

Yeah, something tells me a class labeled scrubmode MIGHT just be a hoax.

Scrubmode is the games internal code for devmode.

Sadly these have been around for months, and have been confirmed by multiple people. :/

The Vikings won the season, and with that they get a golden emblem border, a bunch of scavenge crates, and a new ornament for every hero. Samurai got a silver border, and Knights got bronze, along with some scavenge crates.

As a knight, I'm really disappointed because we almost won the last round; knights were ahead by 1 territory until what seemed the last few seconds of the round, then the vikings tied it up and won because of having more assets. I'm not too salty because I don't really like any of the ornaments, but god damnit I would have loved to get one round just to see how the game dealt with Samurai and Vikings being even.

Thing is, I could have sworn the Vikings should have lost one extra territory that was blocked off the the Samurai, and I can't check the For Honor site because going back to season 1 gives me an error.

At least you chumps can play, my Uplay update must've messed up, because the game won't load the main menu for me.

Centurion and Ninja confirmed.

Ninja apparently has a ranged GB, Centurion is said to be assassin-esque.

But what about the viking?

Also, there was a bug where the main menu crashed for a while, but that got fixed.

Now to struggle in an uphill battle to get good at Conqueror! (I could go back to Warden or try out Warlord, but I wanna flail)

I'm addicted to this game (when I can actually play, right now the NAT type's unknown and I can't get matches. Maining the Kensei, but I started with Orochi.

I'd like to see some new game modes, like a siege simulation, or even an assassin-only infiltration type thing. I'd also like to see a class for each faction that has some ability at ranged combat as its default.

I'd prefer they made a new type for the three new guys to be part of, because now things are lopsided. Are there going to be other new characters added for season 2? Will there be a season 3?

Yes.

There is going to be 4 more heros, 6 new ones total.

They will finish rolling out alongside season 4 in december.

Hmmm I might come back just to play Centurion, he looks fun and I love the mask.

Is it true though that I need 15,000 currency to unlock those new heroes once they are available? I hope its just 1,500 as that is much more affordable.

There are new mythic outfits for all heroes this week, with new effects, all of them bug based (fireflies, buttflies, and fly...flies).

Also, season 2 is going to overhaul the gear system; there won't be a huge gap between low and high levels, the jump between levels lessens the higher the gear goes. Stats are being changed up, with things like sprint speed, debuff resistance, feat cooldown, and block damage resistance being removed. Revenge gain is becoming one combined stat as well. Also, new gear sets for everyone and a new tier that goes past level 18. Four new weapon sets and two new armor sets for all heroes. Details here:

Centurion looks really cool, and I really look forward to playing them

I'm surprised they're not making him another Conquerer-like class, considering the Gladius was a thrusting sword and a Roman Legionary's shield was just as important.

Because what other justification would they have for PUNCHING SWORDS?

Me too, considering this◊ is pretty much the only Roman soldier you'll ever see 99% of the time. But hey, they included a fella with a kanabo too I guess.

He's not even dressed like a centurion! Where's his crest?
